Fist thing i did was go to the bathroom. The soap dispenser did not dispense soap. I then tried to use the sanitary liquid dispensers, (all 3) AND THEY DIDN'T WORK. I REPORTED IT TO THE ORDER TAKER WEARING A YELLOW VEST AND HE SAID, "Yes OK , sir. There were 10 people working behind the counter and I still waited for a good 7 to 8 minutes before the order taker went into the bathroom and said rather condescendingly, "the dispenser is working fine. I don't know what you are talking about." I went back into the bathroom and it was working. I know doggone well it wasn't when I tried it. Not only was he rude, hedid not express regret or acknowledge me about the sanitary lotion machines I reported either. The elderly lady mopping the floor said, "I just work here 2 hours a day!" I used to be an assistant night manager for Burger King 48 years ago. I worked for the phone company 30 years. What the heck has happened with customer service. The cashier and the other employees seem to be FOCUSED SOLELY on the Drive- thru orders 1st and foremost. They WERE NOT THAT BUSY EITHER. POSSIBLY 3 CARS AND US 4 PATRONS INSIDE. THEY WERE ARE RUNNING AROUND LIKE CHICKENS WITHOUT HEADS. MY ORDER WAS WRONG, I ASKED FOR A SMALL ICED COFFEE AND EVEN POINTED AT THEIR $2.00 MENU.
