One of the best sushi places in town tucked away from downtown as you're headed up to ski sunlight. Reasonable prices $$$ with an all you can eat sushi menu on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Lounge in the comfy seated area or belly up to the bar. Definitely try the Korean style ribs. aside from the sushi this entree is an absolute game changer you'll love it!

Although it faces some gas pumps, the food and staff are friendly and easy going. Relatively small menu, but everything I ordered was the proper temperature. I was surprised to see so few photos posted, this place is worth a visit.

The service was amazing. The waitress was friendly and gave us helpful recommendations on the food. The food was a 10/10 for taste AND presentation. If you like sushi I highly recommend!

I’d definitely stick with the rest of the reviews and just get sushi and drinks. The food wasn’t bad by any means, but it wasn’t great, either.

I got the Chicken Katsu Curry entree and Miso soup. I thought the curry could really use a bit more substance—despite the fact that it was suitably thick, it was rather mellow, like it was watered down. It also did not contain any vegetables, and so it was more of a sauce than anything else. The chicken cutlet itself was of a suitable size, fried gently in panko crumbs, and was tender and juicy—beyond that, it lacked depth of flavor, which was quite disappointing given the price. The salad it was served alongside was comprised of spring greens, which were fresh and flavorful, as well as a bit of cucumber. The dressing was sharp and tangy which I appreciated.

The miso soup was your traditional miso soup, but it was done well. The tofu was silky and pleasant to eat, which was nice.

The food definitely gave off the impression that it was catering towards less the typically less adventurous palates here in the valley, which isn’t a bad thing, just not what I’m looking for.

All in all, I feel this place has a great amount of potential—it just needs to be a bit more intentional with their entrees. It’s understandable why they are not, however, given that they’re primarily a sushi bar.

The staff were all very kind, even making sure to check if I wasn’t enjoying the soup, but they were a bit busy, and so they got behind. The wait times were a little much, especially for the food. It must have been at least 20 minutes, more likely 30. The restaurant was also very clean, and the atmosphere was friendly and casual while still maintaining some level of class.

Overall, I would not mind coming here again, but it definitely wouldn’t be my first choice for Japanese food here...

Not a positive first experience, so it will probably also be my last. Called ahead to order a take out meal, so my daughter wouldn't have to wait or get out of the car, and was told it would be ready in 15-20 min. Arrived 25 min later; not ready. About 40 min after I placed the order, I was finally leaving the restaurant with our food. It wouldn't have been a problem if they had told me the order would take 40 min, but since they said 15-20, my daughter ended up being in the car for quite a while, including the trip over, a 15 minute wait for food, and driving home. She is very unhappy waiting in the car when it is not moving, which made the 15 min wait, after we arrived, seem longer. When I pointed out that it had taken much longer to prepare the food than I'd been told, resulting in my daughter unhappily waiting in the car, there was no explanation of the delay or discount of the meal offered. My suspicion is that they did not start to prepare our order until after I called to tell them I was in the parking lot, to confirm the order was ready. Maybe a good place to dine in. Not recommended...

My partner and i decided to jump off the freeway on our way to Denver and give some sushi a try. The server though kind to us, was wildly inattentive to us weary travelers, false promises of water and soon returns left us rethinking our lives and the decisions that lead us to this place. When the food arrived it was presentable and definitely was sushi, this said i may as well have snagged a box from the cold case at the grocery store. Shortly after we finished filling our bellies we came to the realization that patience, though a virtue, can easily be taken advantage of. A quick interruption of the servers engaging conversation with their friend and we received our total. The virtue once held was now left on the floor of this establishment. We paid cash and decided not to even wait for the change since the track record held a dismal tone here. This place likely will not make you sick, it may not break the bank, but please know, this establishment in of itself does not know the heritage of sushi, as there were fortune cookies for a...
