Furniture Row — Local services in Glenwood Springs

I had been wanting to buy a new bed for a long time. And when this store came I felt it was time to do it. I went with my wife and the bed came that I didn't like. We returned the next day when we felt confident in the decision. We made the payment in cash. and they told us that it would take 2 weeks to bring the bed for us. Reasonable time was no problem. 2 weeks passed and no one contacted me. I went to the store and they told me that the bed was already in the store. And they told me that they would deliver it the following week since they only deliver apparently on Tuesdays and Fridays. Unfortunately I could not receive it due to travel reasons. and we agreed to receive it next Tuesday upon my return after 1 in the afternoon. And yes they confirmed the shipment but for Tuesday. but an hour and a half before the time I agreed on.

I called and asked for a time change and they told me it was not possible. And I asked them to do it on Friday at the time I needed.

They never called me again, but I thought that what I had discussed with the person was clear and that they would deliver it on Friday. I even took apart my old bed.

The point of all this is that they have a terrible organization. It seems that customers are not important. since no one communicates with them. Today I called to have something resolved quickly but they did nothing. In my opinion they do not have a good organized service. and between them they do not manage a unitary system. Cheyenne was AMAZING in helping us find a new couch for our living room. Any other time I have been furniture shopping, I had someone who was pushy and just wanted to make a sale, but not Cheyenne. She took the time to help move the pieces around to make sure we would like the set up for our home.
