Chris did an awesome job on recovering the seats in my 261K miles suburban. The seat heaters were fried and while he could have used his standard heaters, he wasn't satisfied when they weren't getting as hot as he thought they should, so he ordered more from the factory and brought me back a couple of weeks later and installed those at no cost. Also on the first trip, I inquired about a blown woofer and he rewired them (the polarities were reversed) and ordered a matching sub to install when I came back for my second visit. I will definitely call again If I need anything interior or stereo-related. It's a bit of a drive to get there for me, but it's definitely worth it to have it done right.

Follow up: I brought in a Cadillac CTS to have a separate sub and amp added to the factory Bose system. I specified I wanted the bass dial snuck on the dash all stealthy like. It was a perfect install and the dial is super trick and well concealed...you’d never know to look for it and if you actually saw it, you wouldn’t have any idea what it was.
