You have to repeat your order multiple times before they can actually get it right . Customer service is EVERYTHING , they can treat me right but if I see them treating someone else wrong it’s the same thing! Sadly? You’d think that since it is not your business , you’d give a good impression. Wednesday 12/15 I went to this location, I placed my order and drove up to the window. When arriving to the window, I felt very uncomfortable bc I had to give my order three times and felt like they’d get it wrong STILL. As I waited, a lady exits her car, and comes up to the window stating she did not want to hold the line up but she requested butter on her bagel and not cream cheese she was allergic to cream cheese and she told them that multiple times . The Caucasian women there looks extremely under the influence and VERY disrespectful especially the short chubby one that looks like a penguin. I can admit I went a couple minutes before closing I did not know they close at 8 and should’ve looked it up before, I go up and I place my order I got 2 hot chocolates and a sandwich with no cheese and two orders of hash browns they proceeded to take my food order even though they knew they were going to close I also wanted a donut and they said we don’t have donuts or munchkins. understandable, i go to the window the girl has my two hot chocolates and proceeded to charge me for what i got and handed me my drinks i was waiting a couple minutes for the food and the manager comes to the window saying they closed at 8 but I ordered some food so they were staying pass 8 oclock. very unprofessional, this should’ve been told to me when I was placing my order that you ARE NOT TAKING ORDERS FOR FOOD.
