Early In The A.m The Girl At The Counter Was Totally Misunderstanding To The Point That She Didn't Even Understand What Promotional Items Were For The Publics Consumption, When Asked Of Something That Was Literally Right Behind Her On The Bill Board Of An Electronic Wall When Asked Simple Questions Of Things She Literally Did Not Know Of Not Paying Attention To ,🤔 Retraining For Those Employees That Do Not Pay Attention To Hands On Training When It Is GIVEN & If You Don't Catch On To The Hands On Retraining Then You Should Definitely Be Let Go & Or Fired Cause That Will Only Have You In Conflict With A Customer That Knows What They Want When They Want To Pay For What Has Enticed Them To Coming To Your Establishment To Partake Within The Indulgments From Within Said Establishment So To Not Know What You are Promoting Is Means For A Down Fall Shouldn't No Customer Come To Your Place Of Business An Tell You About Something That You Your Self As An Employee Of Said Business Should Be More Then Understandable About ...Get Your JoB Right To Keep Your JOB Right Or I Guess The Customer Is Never Right When They Know Exactly What It Is That They Want When They Come To Your Place Of Business?? Terrible , terrible experience. My husband and I have given this location multiple chances. But, this week was OUR last week. You have to repeat your order multiple times before they can actually get it right . Customer service is EVERYTHING , they can treat me right but if I see them treating someone else wrong it’s the same thing! Sadly? You’d think that since it is not your business , you’d give a good impression. Wednesday 12/15 I went to this location, I placed my order and drove up to the window. When arriving to the window, I felt very uncomfortable bc I had to give my order three times and felt like they’d get it wrong STILL. As I waited, a lady exits her car, and comes up to the window stating she did not want to hold the line up but she requested butter on her bagel and not cream cheese she was allergic to cream cheese and she told them that multiple times . The Caucasian women there looks extremely under the influence and VERY disrespectful especially the short chubby one that looks like a penguin. She started mumbling under her breath and cursing , when I heard that I than pulled off ( at that point the woman was arguing from the window) . I will never return to this location again. Terrible. I can admit I went a couple minutes before closing I did not know they close at 8 and should’ve looked it up before, I go up and I place my order I got 2 hot chocolates and a sandwich with no cheese and two orders of hash browns they proceeded to take my food order even though they knew they were going to close I also wanted a donut and they said we don’t have donuts or munchkins. understandable, i go to the window the girl has my two hot chocolates and proceeded to charge me for what i got and handed me my drinks i was waiting a couple minutes for the food and the manager comes to the window saying they closed at 8 but I ordered some food so they were staying pass 8 oclock. very unprofessional, this should’ve been told to me when I was placing my order that you ARE NOT TAKING ORDERS FOR FOOD.
