Dunkin' — Restaurant in Gloucester Township

The absolute slowest & rudest Dunkin’ I’ve experienced on the east coast. Always overpriced, consistently makes drinks in varying strengths. Typically will mess up an order, always the slowest in moving patrons through. If you see a special on their sign and say something - they feed you some bs line on why they can’t do it - . If there’s a promotion - they either never have it or again bs you, especially with free donut promotions - “we don’t have that syrup” Or “that ended yesterday” Glad somebody forked out the cash to give it a refresh... The drive thru is so poorly engineered it about causes a crash every other minute, they legitimately have a pole smack in the middle of their drive through que. A que that is engineered in a way that it blocks all of the parking spots behind an urgent care. I’ll gladly take the ride to Magnolia - at least there everything is consistent with...

the male manager is so rude. it's better if i can rate a negative star. after i got my hot coffee, i ask the cashier if they can change my sleeves of quarter (which i count manually) to a paper bills. the manager standing behind him took my coins and compared it to his sleeve of quarters by height and just said to me "no thank you! i worked on this industry for a long time!" in a high pitch voice. i opened my sleeves of quarter in front of him and showed that it has the right count. and he just explained himself in unprofesional way. i know i shouldn't ask them to exchange my coins but their response to me was so rude and disrespectful. and by the way, he did it in front of other customers. the rest of the crew didn't said anything and just stare at me. shame on...

Used to be good but as of recent customer service is terrible. Most of the time what I order through the app isn't available so I have to change the order there and wait for it to be made. Defeating the purpose of the app. One person starts to help me, leaves, another comes up and helps finsih the order but no one asks if that's all. I went to buy additional donughts, went to the back of the line. When it was my turn the lady almost fumbled through the machine, put the order in, left to make someone else's order in the drive thru.... Never put my order to be paid for. A complete lack of customer service to the individual. It's more, order, make, next and no room in between for anything else. Wouldn't suggest this...
