DON'T DO IT! Just order Domino's, they have those great lava cakes. My experience went a little something like this. 9:00-Ordered pizza online. 9:10- Called store and verified with employee that order went through. 11:05- Met pizza delivery man halfway down my driveway and tried not to rip the boxes out of his hand. Still gave him a tip because, hey maybe it isn't his fault. 11:08- Husband realizes we didn't get our 2L of Pepsi. Look out window and delivery guy is STILL there. Why? I don't know, but maybe it IS his fault. 11:09- Run outside and have a brief conversation: "You forgot my soda." "What? Was it Mountain Dew?" Looks around car and what appears to be like four other orders. "It could be. The website didn't give me an option so I think it was Pepsi." "Ok, I'll be right back with it?" "Ok, well, wait. Like right back right back or two hours right back??" "Right back right back." "Ok". 12:15- Driver shows up with 2L of Cherry Pepsi just in time for me to go to bed. Read moreI am extremely disappointed in my last experience with this Pizza Hut location. Placed an online order, which the store claims they never received. Had to fight with my bank for days for a charge back. Placed the same order in person at the location. Person at the register never asked me for my phone number so my Hut Rewards points would be credited to my account for my almost $100 order. Come to find out if you don't give them that, there's no way to associate the points with your account using just the receipt, which is insane. Went back and forth with customer service for days trying to get my points. In the end, they denied my request. The food was good, but the service was terrible, and I will never be returning to this location because of that. It's questionable as to whether I'll ever choose Pizza Hut again at all with so many great competitors in the area. Read moreI’d give it 0 stars if I could. It took nearly 4 hours for our food to arrive. We ordered at 6:00 on the website and it said it would take about 80-90 minutes. 2 hours go by and still no food and come to find out our food was stolen by a door dash driver. We called and they tried saying the food was delivered when it very much wasn't. They said another 30 minutes and our food would arrive, by that point it’s 8:00. Then another hour passes and our food still isn’t there, it’s now 9:30 by that point. We call, assuming our food got stolen AGAIN and then we get redirected to the door dash driver who ended up getting lost within our complex.
