I used the kiosk to create my order since beef burritos are no longer on the menu. I placed my order at approximately 11:55. Stood there for almost 15 minutes before someone allowed me to pay for my order. Come to find out that after 15 minutes THEN MY ORDER WAS STARTED! There was only one gentleman who I have been informed is named "Nas" he told two different employees that I needed assistance ance it was not until he told a 3rd employee that I was helped. I explained this situation and my concerns with the negligence toward me to the person who provided me with my food. They then offered me a free fountain drink, which is almost disrespectful as I know that must cost the company penny's on the dollar. The guy with the bushy hair coming out of his hat working the drive through at around 9:30pm literally had me questioning if he is clinically selectively mute.
All he said was my order total. No “hi.” No “thanks.” No “you’re welcome.” I made efforts to speak to him and he wanted NO PARTS in speaking like a human being. He acted as though I personally ruined his day. He also forgot to put my hot sauce in the bag so I had to go through twice. If you hate people, why work at a drive through? Not bad. Really, a hit or miss. Last time I went was just disappointing though.
My order was done correctly, for the most part. However, I ordered 4-5 sides of their Nacho cheese(as I really like it); was really looking forward to having more than enough to go around, when I see that the 2oz cups they come in, weren't even filled a 1/5 of the way?!
You'd think maybe that they were just portioned unevenly; but no, they EQUALLY had barely anything. Those things are like $0.89 EACH!!! I mean, a sauce packet could hold more than what was in them. Very STINGY portions; almost like they weren't even trying to hide it.
