Dunkin' — Restaurant in Gloucester

Watch out! Baaaaaad service and baaaad attitude from the morning crew!

My husband and I ordered two breakfast meals and two coffees before our whale-watching tour. These three incidents all happened in a matter of 5 minutes!

First incident: immediately after paying, I was handed my coffee. The cashier got my coffee order wrong and blamed me for not telling her it was black. She assumed I wanted cream and sugar. So I shrugged it off thinking it was just a miscommunication error and enjoyed my new coffee. That wasn't all that bad, but it gets worse.

Second incident: My husband ordered a meal with a bagel instead of a muffin. When we got our bag and sat down, he opened the bag and it was a muffin. When he asked them to fix it, the cashier lied and said we didn't tell her that which we clearly did. The manager was very rude and reluctantly decided to make the change.

Third incident: We sat down for the third time to try to enjoy our meal. We realized when digging deeper in the bag that they didn't pack our hash browns. I went to the pick up counter asked for my hash browns, and then the cashier yelled at the pick up saying we didn't order hash browns!!

Got the hash browns in the end with out even an apology...

the food and coffee are good and as expected. the service did take quite a while, but they were really busy today. there wasn't to much space for a big crowd so it was also pretty stuffy in there but that's all stuff that's out of there control. I only had one issue with one of the staff I asked of when she could if I could get and uber bag and cup holder and she gave me attitude and said she has a lot of cups to do and walked away about 5 minutes later I asked another person and they got it immediately while still working...

We go to this particular Dunks every time we are up at the beach or just putting around the Beautiful city of Gloucester.... the staff are just a REALLY nice bunch of people & there's always this little group of guys sitting in their regular spot having their daily give & take.... plus they don't get that twisted face if you just need to their restroom.... sounds weird, but some of you will know...
