McDonald's — Restaurant in Gloucester

Lady at night thinks I'm homeless.im a 2nd shifter and i don't have a car so when I get out of work I sometimes take a risk and ask at window for order. I'm machinist that makes 26/hr. I tried to give her card she waved me off and gave me a small bag of fries out the side of the window like I scared her or something.i was confused but whatever I'll take em I guess.walked away and almost immediately puked off first bite it was ice cold and had a soggy rot taste to it.this whole "need to drive to eat" at night in Gloucester thing sucks man.im loosing weight at a rapid pace.Not what it used to be.if u stay to eat and watch counter during day you'll see TONS of entitled kids ask for free food and get it.your Gona have a whole generation of free loaders cause of first shift and a ton of starving 2nd shifters at night cause of 2nd shift smh and they lock doors way earlier then the store hours and have partys in back.day time manager super nice.i can tell he's trying to give certain people a chance at a job but they are taking serious advantage of him.hope he gets to retires before it burns down.its like a zoo in there.other lady in reviews thinks businesses lock bathroom cause of junkies but they're still allowed in as long as they buy a burger.lmao every business locks bathroom doors lady.they arent available to non paying customers and it's to hard to contain because the bathroom door is next to an enter/exit door that's out of sight.so they lock it to force the would be "non paying customers" that aren't spotted to ask at front counter smh use your head lady. Edit**after implementing kiosks and being able to take your time and order made a huge difference. No more mistakes and I get fresh food made hot to order when I order this way. I skip the line order and sit down and wait for my food. It says please be seated while an employee brings you your meal however they make you get up and get it which is fine. But they just put it on the counter and do t even call your order number which is aggravating but I will give 3 stars across the board for the improvements. See previous review below. I frequent this establishment due to it being the only fast good joint in the town of Gloucester. Most visits are average with the exception of always having to double check the order before we leave because items tend to be mixed up or missing. I usually also ask for no pickled on my burgers to ensure a fresh made burger only to see that instead of a fresh burger I get on off the warmer with pickles clearly taken off of them due to the discoloration of the cheese along with the imprint still leaving the taste of pickles on the burger. Bathrooms are usually clean sometimes I refuse to use it. Some of the staff are very polite and good at their job well others are down right rude and don't deserve to work with the public. I was just getting back from dog training at PetCo( Great Place) I wanted a quick bite so I told the drive thru that I was just looking at the menus, she kept repeatedly asking me “Hello Are you going to order 3*) so I finally ordered I ordered a Large RootBeer, Medium Coke Big Mac Meal. We were 3 cars behind, then 1 car behind the people in front of us had their order ores had been screwed up, when they drove 5 ft away The people had to get out of the car, they were standing at the window for 1 minuet, We got up FINALLY, they had got my drink wrong 3 times, and the guy didn’t want to get up and go to the other drink machine, to get my drink right, Ok so then we wanted to pay have cash half Credit witch he said he couldn’t do that ( a total lie) I got my food Luke warm, In the many times I’ve came here the ketchup machine never worked, soda FLAT, no ice, dirty tables, locked bathroom, teens loitering and jerk staff. I forgot to mention the ICE CREAM machines apparently “Not Working” witch just like the Credit thing “A total lie”. I have never had a good time here, But go to the McDonalds in Danvers/Beverley we’re the people sometimes wait on you and actually wash the tables and smile.
