Sebastian's Pizza — Restaurant in Gloucester

I normally order from them all the time however, after the disrespect I received from the one who placed my order incorrectly and then called me to argue and call me a liar I will NEVER order from here again. Good thing Gloucester has a pizza place on every corner because they just lost one of their best frequent customers. In addition, the delivery driver felt the need to be disrespectful and try to advocate for a conversation he never heard and wasn't present for all the while I am closing my door, signaling the end of our conversation, and he reached out to discourage me from closing my door while continuing to be disrespectful. I have never dealt with such disrespect from a restaurant and I sure will not be starting now. To insinuate that the customer is a liar because you can not believe that their bank has 24/7 customer service and caught you charging their card an incorrect amount is absolutely ludacris in itself and shows the lack of professionalism. Thank you bank of america for settling this transaction and thank you to the rude woman who called stating her credit card machine does not lie. If the machine does not lie then your customer service skills do judging from the disrespectful tone of the verbal argument you sought to have with the very same person who you did the wrong doing to. Great job guys!!!! I know where I'll be ordering my future party pizzas from....and it wont...

The pizza is good. But be careful when paying with a credit card - they like to "round up" the payment or add a tip on the credit card for themselves that one didn't necessarily intend to leave for them. It never used to be the case but as of late, it happened to me four times already. At first, I thought they must have made a simple mistake. The total for my order would be $17.12, I would leave the $2.88 tip to bring the total to $20. Then later I'd find it on my bank statement as $20.12. Or the total would be $25.68, I would leave a CASH tip this time and no tip on the credit card - yet my statement shows that they charged me $30.68 thus giving themselves a $5 tip that I did NOT authorize!.. This is very, very disappointing. It is illegal to charge more after a customer has already signed the receipt. You guys get one star...

What happened to Sebastian’s pizza?? We ordered four pizzas; linguica and onion and everything pizzas, thin crust, cooked well done please. Twenty five to thirty minutes. Arrived on time… all four pizzas were incorrectly made so they had to make them over. Which was great but linguica and onion pizzas were not thin crust nor were they well done… nor were they good! Hardly any linguica and onion!! Not like it use to be… sauce not sweet. The two everything had hardly anything on it in way of meat, a couple slices of linguica and pepperoni. No mushrooms, sausage. Very disappointing! Im sorry to say. It cant be the same people running it! Proba ly will not return! Oh the staff… no idea what is going on!!! Who ever is running into the ground it will be...
