I went here for my first time roughly 3 weeks ago, the owners son was phenomenal. Absolutely loved talking with him, seemed very nice and knowledgeable. My problem is my boyfriend and I bought 4 vapes that day, 3 in which did not work properly. We were not offered to try them inside the store. My boyfriend immediately noticed his was misfiring and walked directly back in to exchange it in which the owners son done. However, I did not realize mine were bad until when we arrived back home. One of mine was misfiring to the point I did not use it and threw it away because I was scared that it would blow up. The other spit the juice out constantly. Very clean and unique smoke shop with a huge inventory. However the older man has a bad attitude and always has negative things to say when you turn your back to leave out of the store because I don’t want to buy that mid grade thca flower. But the son is very cool very respectful great customer service with him but as far as the owner he’s rude and miserable it seems like I think he should let his son run it . I came in for the first time last week and I’m mad at my self for not knowing about you guys sooner!! The Atmosphere is awesome but more importantly costumer service is amazing. I’ve been trying to find a certain kind of vape for months. I’ve asked every vape shop around here to order it, they say they will but don’t.
