Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Godfrey

Okay, I'm in L-O-V-E with this place. The coffee is strong, dark, and robust, outshineing the sweetest of flavors. I highly recommend their carmelicious coffee which is kinda their signature drink. They also have these drinks called redbull infusions which are redbull (duh) and infused with coconut, prickly pear, etc. They are A-Maz-Ing! I'm a huge fan of redbull and the redbull infusions knocked it out of the park for me. I've tried pretty much everything on their menu, Including their teas, matcha and Chai. They also serve breakfast sandwiches all day, and they are delicious. They also have cinnamon rolls and cookies that taste homemade. I just can't say enough good things about this place, you'll just have to go an expirence it yourself. Before you go, download the app, and every 60 bucks you spend, you'll get a free drink, a reward system that's way better than their competitors. Also, when your done ordering they cutely tell you to "Scoot around" and I just think that's adorable. I love this place, I go here at least 3 times a week, and I always order something new, like their delicious Turtle coffee, but I also always order my redbull infusion. I bought an Americano, a small I asked for one creamer and two sugar. Does this look like one creamer and two sugar? And why isn’t the greeting and verbiage the same at every scooters? No matter if I drive here or go to Bethalto? Bethalto gets it right every time. There are two other major coffee houses on the same stretch of Godfrey Road. You’d think being the New Kids on the Block, that you would put a little bit more effort into your service, product and quality control. Shivers and Germania had 5 to 6 cars deep in their line. I was the only one at scooters. Now I know why!

I pulled up to the window, and met Ella. She was the kindest, most genuine person. She made my day better, and I pulled off the line, in tears.
