Sandwiches are great but if you receive a wrong item you may not get the credit you deserve.
In November of 2016 I ordered over the phone because our company address does not translate well over their online ordering menu. They misheard what I ordered and gave me a whole extra sandwich (they heard pepe not pickle). At the time I was a strict vegetarian and could not eat the sandwich. I called to see if I could get a credit because I do like their sandwiches. I received a credit (even though I didn't feel confident because the man on the phone did not seem to be paying attention when I told him what happened, but I was assured there was a credit).
Today, I ordered expecting to use my credit. Even though everything went smoothly this time (she even repeated my order back perfectly to ease any concern of a duplicated situation) she pulled up my account and there was only a 2.54 credit on there. I was really disappointed because the sandwich was 5.75! I asked why the difference and she said she didn't knowand told me my order would be delivered soon. I understand needing to be fast during the rush and not knowing why the discrepancy but at least give me the credit for something I couldn't eat!

(It was on the receipt saying back building and the guy that took my order said it didn’t and then confirmed that it did say back building). Which was roughly 2 weeks ago. I decided to try again and placed an order. I just called to see where my order is since it’s been about 20 mins and the lady that answered the phone said he left about 11 mins ago with two other orders. I asked how long before it’ll get here then? And she said she doesn’t have a tracker on her drivers- so what’s the tracker on the page for? I’ll tell me when or where they’re at. Read moreI live .5 miles from this Jimmy John's and 3 times in the last 2 weeks I've had horrible experiences on their delivery service on 2 instances I waited 50 minutes to an hour for my order to come. The third time I also waited that long only to get a call from my management of my appartment building to tell me an order was left at the front desk when specifically on my order it said to deliver to my appartment door so I don't know if the driver was lazy and didn't want to bring it to my front door or what even tho I tip generously 20% or more everytime. Whoever runs this disaster of a Jimmy John's could really use some help.
