Subway — Restaurant in Golden Valley

The manager that was working 6/8 was working the store ALONE. and dealt with a line of hungry folks like a champ (Kahlani I believe was her name, unfortunately didn’t have a name tag on at that time so I don’t know how to spell her name). With her being in a somewhat overwhelming situation, she handled the rush gracefully and with a smile. thumbs up my mom and I were very impressed. If the line seems long and theres 1 sandwich artist, you will get your food in a timely manner, some people can be mean because they are hangry. I hope the rest of her shift went smoothly!! The quality of their food is awful it looks old and tastes old. They can't wrap a sandwich. They don't restock they ran out of mustard and veggies which doesn't make sense because there's a reylees right next door. And when I came in with my mom you could hear the two workers laughing and when they came out to take our order they acted like I was in the wrong for making them work like when I asked if she could put the other subway in another bag she acted like I was asking her to do an impossible task she moaned and groaned. Placed an online order at 7:16pm. Went in and sat patiently...around 7:43 I told a young lady who was around cleaning I had a pick up order, she pointed at the guy behind the counter who was taking every single walk in order. Around 7:55pm was when my order was finally done. Rude staff, no apologies for the wait time. I can understand being under staffed, but there are solutions around that. The disrespect and rudeness is unnecessary, if you don't like your job, quit! Customer service was not there, or any other time I see the same guy at this establishment. Day shift is way better than the night shift. I will never in my life go to that...
