Went in to try their pizza. After seeing on tv. Guys, triple d. Looked great on tv but, Just don't. Won't go here again ever!!! Fyi Pretty sure they watched as my brother pulled the employees hair from his mouth from his food.............. But before that..... Went in a little after 2 pm 7/21/24. Had poor service. Had our waiter, wondering about not trying to help us or check on but to take our order and serve us our food. Then, when we had an issue and wanted our check or to speak with some. He disappeared into the back and did not see him again. Had to ask someone else who then helped us only when we asked. All the employees acted as if we didn't exist, wouldn't even make eye contact, or acted as if we weren't there. An the man who then helped us acked annoyed that we asked him for help rolled his eyes and scoffed that we asked for our check and two boxs. This man walked around the whole entire time we were there with a f. u. face on... acking discussed that he had to work. All the 12 or so Other employees at this time were talking about themselves and their personal problems with each other in front of customers' hearing. About how "wow, these people today, at least it's not as busy as the other day, omg..... " These people".... with other notes ×$#@ these people an so on.... While watching the employees, they have no recollection of what food safety is and were touching them self on head hair and other location of their bodies without washing their hands and then serving food. Foul! Then had my brother pulled a hair out of his mouth at 3:03 pm. and was going to say something, but the service was so poor we paid and left to never try this place again. Don't advise to try. This place has no understanding of food safety and food prep, and you will likely get some form of food poisoning eating here. If they only look at their own cam system. Fyi they have like 15 cameras watching every one. The order 36 at the table just in front of the cooking area about 3:03pm today you can watch my brother pulling some employees' hair from his mouth. I watched all the improper ways of service that discussed me fully to never step foot in this place again. Don't go here. They do not follow food safe practices or handling at all. Or have not provided proper training to their employees. Or have employees that have absolutely no respect to not speak about customers...

As a family with two members with multiple food allergies (gluten, dairy, egg) it has been years since we have been able to eat pizza and not have someone feel left out because the restaurant couldnt meet our needs. That all changed tonight! Our server, Amanda, was absolutely amazing! She was fast and efficient and didnt make us feel self-conscious at all about asking all the clarifying questions that come with food allergies. We so appreciated the time and attention she gave to answer, or get answers, to all our questions!!
On top of great service, the food was PHENOMENAL! The Brooklyn Bridge was literally mouthwatering and my daughter just kept saying- (about her allergy friendly pizza) it looks like real pizza and it TASTES like real pizza! It even has crunchy (vegan/allergy friendly) cheese!! It was so fun to see the whole family smiling and enjoying pizza again!
Shout out to manager Patrick who also acknowledged Amanda's greatness, and who was incredibly knowledgeable about the ingredients and things Blue Pan does to make the allergy friendly options so tasty!
Yes, compared to other options in town, the pizza is a bit pricey TBH- most allergy friendly places are. But knowing the food was not only "safe" for all of us but also tasty and made my food allergy family feel included was worth every penny!
Thank you to everyone- kitchen crew included- for a wonderful family meal. We will...
Read moreIf you close at 9, your servers shouldn’t be rushing a 2 top coming in at 8 pm. We felt rushed the second our real waitress came to talk to us and then she brings out the side of ranch 30+ minutes before our pizza was even ready. I get you want to do your closing tasks but you don’t need to treat customers poorly because they come in towards closing time. I didn’t realize the gluten free pizza takes over 30 minutes to cook as it only states longer cooking time on the menu. We ended up paying our bill and asking them to switch it to go and the other waitress says it’s fine to eat here but clearly our waitress didn’t feel the same and I wasn’t going to pay $60+ on dinner to not even comfortably eat my food. I will not be returning to this location ever again.
After all that I mentioned above they let the pizza sit under the hot light for a while and wasn’t even brought out when it was fresh. All that passive aggressive sweeping next to our table just to make our food wait and have us take even longer? It was luke warm and clearly sitting for awhile. I will never go to blue pan again.
