If I could put ZERO stars, I would!! Support a local pizza business instead!! I went in last night with my 4 year old son to order two pizza's. The employee taking our order mentioned it would be a few minutes because another employee had walked out on him and he was working alone... I've been in that situation before in the past, so I understand and even tipped him for his hard work. There was a woman waiting for her order, prior to us arriving, so I knew he'd have to prepare her order first. We waited approximately 15 minutes before a third customer entered the establishment. The employee was in the back at this time and didn't acknowledge the 3rd customer. She proceeded to ring the bell on the counter to get his attention. I informed her that he was working alone and we reminisced about being in that position before. At that point my son and I decided to walk around the building while we waited, he was getting ancy. We walked around and proceeded to wait an additional 15 minutes. We had seen the customer who had been waiting when we arrived finally get her order and we were next up (so we thought). When I proceeded onto the building to continue waiting for our order, I noticed he was preparing the customers order who had arrived 15 minutes after us!! After she left with her order, I asked the employee if he had just decided to do her order first, priority ours. To which I was told "yep, you caught me". Now I understand being short staffed, but this was just straight up disrespectful and HORRIBLE customer service. After all this he proceeded to antagonize me by calling me names. At this point I was nervous he might spit in my food or something, so o was watching closely. After he strung me along for an additional 15 minutes making our order (45 minutes total for a take n bake pizza) he goes to his register and pulls $20 out and tells me to get out (using profanities). Unfortunately I couldn't just leave because my order actually totaled to $25.88. He proceeded to give me the rest of my money and we left. Read moreSeveral months ago, I came into this establishment at the golden location and had ordered online for pick up. My husband ran in to grab the order when he got home. I realize that one of our pizzas was made incorrectly and we were missing our cheese bread so I called the store to get the situation handled so I could come back and get the correct order I dealt with the gentleman named Pete, who was extremely unprofessional rude verbally attacked me over the phone for requesting what I ordered and paid for, then when I came in to get my remade order, he was nowhere to be found stood in the lobby for several minutes before yelling into the back for assistance. When he approached the counter, he said do you want your order remade or not? said that he would trespass me all because I want my order made correctly and wanted what I paid for not to mention he had not brushed his hair and was working in a dirty T-shirt and basketball shorts I would never step foot in this establishment Again, nothing was done when I tried to reach the manager(Who he refused to give me any information on name, contact information, etc.) owner or the corporate highly disappointed in how this situation was handled, they could just watch their cameras and see how crazy their own employee was acting. So today, on 10 dollar Tuesday, the manager of that store alone decided to raise the price from 10 dollars for ANY large pizza, which includes stuffed, regular, and family sizes, to 10 dollars for regular, 12 for stuffed, and 15 for family. Now that is not the higgest problem, the one that really caught my family's attention was that there was no change in advertisements outside of the establishment to notify you before you ordered the pizza that it was going to be a price change, so I decided to call another store to see if any other stores had decided to partake in this price change, and they said that no other stores had done this. So finding this out, I went and talked to the manager and he was EXTREMELY rude and inconsiderate. We talked to him and he was argumentative, with the customer.
