So during these unfortunate times my car is in the shop right now getting fixed. Thus I am forced to order food from some places I like to eat from a lot via DoorDash.. Upon ordering my food today at 7:40 I receive probably what is the smallest portion of all I’ve ever received from chipotle. Knowing that I go there, to that same location in person and I’ve never received a burrito this small. On top of that I paid an extra $4.75 for some steak that was supposed to be in the burrito. Down below will be pictures of this LIT-size burrito. I have croissants sitting on top of my fridge bigger than this burrito. On the picture you’ll see items that I have next to the actual burrito, one a five dollar bill, another a mini Fuji bottle and then I decided to tagalong my remote control. Now you tell me does this burrito right here look like it’s $15.50. I was so shocked that I checked the bowl immediately just to see that there was more veggies and rice. I then proceeded to check my profile to see if I was labeled as a vegetarian on there because it is absolutely made no sense. My meal came out to $37 bucks. So you’re telling me what you guys think. I’ll let the people do the reviewing. Now for the good part, I wanted to leave a review on Google yelp, etc. exploiting the workers who made my burrito so I called the store asking for the persons name that made my food so I can put them on the review. Didn’t want to bash everyone, until the manager got on the phone, proceeded to say sorry, said I will get you a refund, kept saying sorry again, and because I wasn’t excepting his apology he hung up on me. It wasn’t as if I was dismissing his apology. I just wasn’t acknowledging it, didn’t say anything to it as I was livid….I told him I want my refund and the phone was still hung up on me. Honestly, a very poor Experience for a place that I really used to like a lot and went to frequently . so much that I looked forward it arriving in being something...
Read moreThis is my first time leaving a complaint on Google, and I don't take this lightly. Typically, I let poor service slide, but today's experience at this Chipotle location was beyond unacceptable. This is, without question, the worst-run Chipotle I’ve ever encountered. The inefficiency is so bad, it's almost comical—except it's not funny when you're trying to grab lunch during a busy workday.
This location should be a convenient option for the many nearby corporate offices, but instead, it's a place where professionals waste their entire lunch break (and more) waiting for something that should take no more than 10 minutes. The staff seemed utterly lost, as if it were everyone's first day. They were confused, disorganized, and openly blaming one another in front of customers, which was embarrassing and unprofessional.
I went in at 1:30pm, and despite a line of over 30 people, there was only one employee working the line! She repeatedly left the station, leaving the entire line waiting with no one serving food. Meanwhile, the cashier stood there, cracking his knuckles and staring off into space, contributing nothing. He should've helped restock food, make bags of chips, clean the extremely messy line....anything!
The lack of communication between the front and back of the house was glaring. They were completely out of white rice and almost the brown, nearly all the meats except chicken, and fajitas were out. This wasn’t a one-off; it’s a consistent issue. Every time I visit, they are out of basic ingredients, and there seems to be no system for restocking or maintaining rotation.
Management, this is a clear reflection of poor leadership. You need to take immediate action. Your staff requires proper training to develop a sense of urgency and professionalism. This location is a joke right now, and it's time to step...
Read moreI’m not one to be picky or rude. I have worked in the restaurant industry for almost 7 years now. I literally drove 30 minutes away to get chipotle which is besides the point. I went in tonight and ordered 2 burritos. It was little busy and I assume on online ordering as well. But towards then end after dealing with 2 girls who were honestly a mess behind there and were quite disorganized. Which don’t get me wrong we all have off days. Then to be told they don’t have lettuce. Then I pointed out that they did right over in the “to go” station. then was told that no they were out because that was only for “to go”. I kinda chuckled and said really. While they both look at each other smirk and then back at me and say yeah. I really should have just canceled my order because honestly how rude that encounter was. Let me tell you I sympathize most of of the time with those workers and patiently wait but really?! It’s just sucks because I love chipotle but I won’t go back to that location for sure. Honestly just update the training on customer service. Also take priority over in...
