This tea store has excellent authentic products. I find the menu to be very similar to what I would have found in Taiwan. I think that it is definitely worth it. My personal favorites include the sesame foam and the sea salt foam with black tea. They only sell brown sugar boba after 4:00 p.m. They also have non-dairy milk tea for those who are lactose intolerant. If you're paying with a credit card there are touch screen registers. The registers are extremely slow and lag quite a bit so the line can be slow moving. You can talk to an employee if you have any questions or are paying in cash. You can order online through multiple online ordering services that you can find on their website so your order can be ready when you arrive. It's always a bit warm inside with only a few tables so it's not the best area for indoor seating especially since they use most of the store for storage. I believe the taste of their products more than make up for the lack of ambiance. There is ample outdoor seating and Wi-Fi available.

A good boba option while driving down the PCH. This stop is right in between Gaviota and Santa Barbara on Highway 1/the 101 Freeway. Also a 30 min drive away from Solvang. Perfect spot for a boba craving mid-road trip! I got the Oolong Tea with Milk, which was decent. More milk than tea. However, I got this drink with the Oolong Tea Jelly and it was a game changer! so much flavor from the jelly. It gave the drink much more depth. Even my boyfriend (who doesn't drink too much boba) really enjoyed it!

Arrived here with a friend, we ordered two drinks and they came quickly and they were delicious. However, the store was really empty and I’m assuming due to Covid. They were using some of the booths in the back to hold their boxes of storage however, it definitely detracts from the overall appearance and atmosphere. But the drinks and the service was great.

This place used to be super good when they first opened but don’t waste a drive coming here. The staff is so rude. Caroline & Sofia were working today and I was of course getting laughed at and disapproving looks simply for asking for less milk content in my Thai tea. Terrible customer service. Worse than McDonald’s. I honestly don’t think I will come back to this place. (Apparently the teas are not fresh, and pre-mixed with milk—no wonder they don’t taste very strong) I tried talking to the owner prior to today and then realized why everyone here is so unpleasant. It doesn’t seem like he cares at all either. At first coming here when they opened the tea was strong and I liked what I ordered. Then, over time the tea became more diluted. You cant substitute or modify anything. They “don’t have the time” for special requests like I might as well make it myself. Not gunna pay for such rude or horrible service. Sorry to leave this review but this place is all about money, they don’t care about you or their customers nor returning customers at all. They laughed at me and looked at me crazy for asking for my tea to have less milk in it. They want you to drink more creamer cuz tea is expensive, that’s exactly why they don’t allow you to modify the amount and they won’t even sell you plain tea if you ask for it. I’m tired of wasting my money here on poor...

Best place in town, better than some I tried in Taiwan. But now you have to order on a tablet, and some things are unclear to find or unnecessarily challenging so it is easy to get the wrong order. One example is I ordered "brown sugar boba" but then thought I still had to add boba because the tablet still listed it as an option, they were too busy for me to ask [so my drink is literally half boba]. Now I have to pay twice to get the drink I want, or drink the wrong $8 drink. My friends also were unsure about exactly if their orders were what they wanted. Given that it is already overpriced-- $5.50 for a Thai Tea even with zero toppings ... They should really keep an option to order at counter, or make the tablet more clear, so people can avoid getting the wrong orders! Otherwise great place! Try the...
