I'm editing this review from 1 star to 3 stars, as the situation has improved somewhat since the end of last year. Months after I wrote this review, I was nearby and decided to check and see if I could grab something. They actually had staff. The dining room was open during the posted hours (I still went through the drive through, but I saw it was open). I was able to go through the drive through at an acceptable (but still not fast) speed.
I've been there a couple of times since then, and there were still occasions where it was unacceptably slow, but I didn't see anyone try to go inside only to find the door locked, and I haven't had to sit in the drive through for more than 25 minutes. Not an amazing accomplishment, but much better than it was before.

This is the third time in a row that I've had to cancel my order because the drive through line simply doesn't move. It's been like this for the last 4 months or so. Previously I've just waited it out, often up to an hour. But now I cancel my order and go somewhere else. It can easily take over 10 minutes per car, and they lock the dining room early every day (even though it's supposed to be open) so it's not like they're busy with customers inside.
I've filled out their survey before to let them know, in detail, what's going on. They don't respond. You'll see plenty of recent 1* reviews mentioning the same thing. The owner always responds to the review telling people to fill out the survey, that they're working to make it better, etc. Nope. I've sent them all the info multiple times. No response.
A couple of years ago I reported an incident where they locked the dining room early and I couldn't go in to pick up my order because of it. The owner responded and made it right and said he would address the issue. I have no clue if it's the same owner now as back then or not. Current management either doesn't care or cannot do anything to fix it.
There is 1 staff member there that does a great job (the older guy) and is always hurrying, being friendly with customers, and has a positive energy.
Everyone else I've seen at the window is awful. They barely grunt at you over the speaker, move intentionally slowly, rudely pass your order to you, and can be seen just diddling on their phones doing nothing instead of taking the next order, bagging current ones, or doing anything related to their jobs. I have no clue how the others working in the kitchen are, but the staff at the window, except for the one older guy, are horrible.
I used to go here regularly because of the great deals in the app and the new rewards program. I haven't successfully placed an order since late September.
I'll go there, see the drive through line backed out into the street, and leave. 3 times in the last couple of months the line was short enough that I decided to submit my payment in the app, but it took so long that I had to cancel it and go elsewhere.
It doesn't matter if I go at 8 PM, 10 PM, 12 AM, or 1 AM.
This location is essentially non functional. Ultimately, I predict this location will be closed in...
Read morepulled in through drive-thru, 4:02am, 11 / 25. met with the ugliest and nastiest voice ever "what do you want ?" we order one number three, and get interrupted, "systems gotta restart, it'll take a minute" in the rudest way possible. obviously this guy didn't want to be alive at this hour. we wait a few minutes before he jumps back on "you want a number 3 ?" asks rudely for what size. didn't ask for regular or curly fries. we order another number 3 with no tomato, and get a "so you want TWO number 3s." buddy had no idea we could see him shake his head while he took our order through the giant glass window in front of us. we don't expect perfect at this hour, but the workers at McDonald's in mid afternoon have a better attitudes than that hog. with an attitude like that, we didn't trust him to not spit in our drinks, so we declined our order at the window. never been so blown away at a grown man working a grown job, acting like a complete toddler. dude had no name tag, (unsurprising) and a sloppy goatee. wearing all black, don't know if he runs the show, but god help us...
