Honestly if I could give them zero stars I would this place needs better management with better attitudes. My whole experience with them started off wrong. First I pull up to the drive thru and the lady tells me to hold on for a minute and a minute turned into ten minutes then I ordered my food and she didn't even bother to repeat my order back to me and she told me to pull up to the window with an attitude right then and there I should have left but i stayed and waited a little longer. When I get to the window the lady that appeared to be the manager was the rude lady that I spoke with on the speaker and she just had this nasty attitude as if she hated her job. Then I get my food and check it and there is mayonnaise on my burger when I clearly asked her for no mayo and I asked her not to put salt on my fries and she did anyways. I didn't make a big deal about the salt but I don't like mayo so I brought the burger back and she is rolling her eyes and just grabs the burger without apologizing at all. Then I get another burger but this time it didn't have onions which I clearly paid extra for the onions so instead of asking for the burger back to put the onions on it she hands me a small box with onions in it. I'm so pissed about the situation because as a manager she should have been more apologetic and not have an attitude like it was my fault that they can't get my order right. I will never go back to this location again and I wouldn't recommend going here they hate their jobs and they don't care that we the customers are the reason that they are even getting a paycheck. I selected this location because it was next door to the Walmart that my car was being serviced. The hours on the door said the lobby opened at 7am. I got there at 7:54 am. I pulled the door and it was locked so I waited a minute. The worker stood so far away of the door and began hollering through the glass “It’s just me”. I asked did I need to go through the drive through although my car was not with me and I had my two younger children. The worker then stated “I don’t care what you do”, walked off and never came back to the door. My issue is never what you say but how you say it. I crossed the street and decided to eat at Sonic. I’m glad I did because the customer service was the best. After ordering my food and eating I see why Burger King only had one customer in 45 minutes. Read moreI'm rating this low in hopes for improvement because Burger King is one of my favorite fast food places to eat. That said I've been experiencing so many issues for some time now & at other locations also. Now that it is drive thru only due to covid I've learned never to drive away without pulling over & checking my order. Just days ago a burger & fries were missing & my order was only for two people. My friend went inside to have it corrected. We had no problems having my order fixed. We drove home. I went to eat my meal & it was incorrect. I eat mine plain. It had everything on it. This is after having to go back inside when part of my order was missing in the beginning. It happens too much at this location & others. Of course you can call & some will credit you for nxt visit but that doesn't fix order at the time. Also if you crave a shake or ice cream w/in an hour before closing always the machine is broke.
