**UPDATE: This is an update from receiving our couch broken: After a few calls, leaving some messages and a trip to the store, We were finally able to get everything resolved within a few weeks. A new delivery driver came to drop off the new chaise lounge and haul off the broken one —Everything went smoothly.

BROKEN SECTIONAL COUCH - I will update this review when the issue has been resolved* I ordered an Ashley sectional from furniture gallery and elected to have it delivered. The delivery company arrived to deliver it and upon taking it out the truck, they dragged the sofa, which was wrapped in plastic, across the concrete and into the front door, banging the chaise and sofa on the ground and over the doorway. I normally don't worry about reviews but I really need to let anyone know who may want to do business with this store that you can't go wrong. From sales to delivery was by far the most pleasant experience I've ever had dealing with buying furniture. This will always be my go-to furniture store for all my future needs. The sales team will either let you look by yourself or be there with you every step of the way explaining in detail all the features. The delivery team is absolutely amazing as well. I personally called the manager afterwards to convey my satisfaction and he was so grateful. That was a first for me to do that. I purchase a bedroom set and when I received it the Chester drawer and the dresser both were broken and the drawers on the dresser could be open, When the delivery guys came to deliver the dresser and the Chester drawer the second time it was molded from the inside out and the back of the Chester had a hole in it, The third time the delivery guys didn’t show up I called and complained to The sale lady Gina and she hung up on me.
