Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Goodyear

From the time i order for a family of 6 til i was finished the girl on the other end was not paying attention after i said hello 3 times she gets on and says hellooo, i asked if she got my order and she says no i wasnt paying attention. I kinda chuckled it off and repeated my order. Then i get to to the window and she gives us our order in a rush and closes the window fast. I only see 1 box of nuggets when i ordered 3 boxes. I ask about it and she says theyre all in one box. I have 3 kids and they need their own box so they make sure they have equal portions, its not easy to monitor that while im driving. Then i asked for ranch when i ordered for all 3 and they're not in the bag, so i had to wait for her to come to the window again and ask for ranchs, she gives me one and i say i need 3 she then basically throws another ranch at me and says theres another one in the bag and slams the window. After that intense experience, i was still looking forward to going home to eat. I notice my order is more screwed up than i initially thought. The bun was hard and the cheese was on the bottom bun with the mayonnaise then lettuce and tomatoes, should have been on the patty to melt. Then there were onions when i asked for none...when i tried to call and talk to a manager i cannot find a number to the location just a guest service number. The server # 00192 / Jova. I am sure this is not the only complaint youve had about this girl and it wont be the last because she has no manners or professionalism. I want a follow up and an explanation as to why my experience was...

Update* I decided to give this so called food establishment another try....BIG MISTAKE! I ordered the double cheeseburger with no onions and Ketchup. Surprisingly it was right but once I took a bite, 🤢🤮. I could only explain to my husband that it taste like dirty socks. He laughed and thought I was being over dramatic but he took a bite and his face turned to pure disgust. He described it as it has definitely turned bad and it didn't taste edible. Well considering that was the first and only thing I had eaten all day I had to go hungry even longer. Carls junior, you should be ashamed at yourselves. You have forever lost our business and I sure anyone else I tell this disgusting story to. Better fix the problem or there will be a huge problem!!!!

Haven't been here in about a year and it was a special day out with my daughter. We walked inside to order since we weren't familiar with the menu and didn't want to hold up the drive thru. Once we decided what we wanted and my total was given I was paying for cash and working on trying to give exact change but the tapping of the foot and nails made me just hand her another dollar. So impatient, my goodness! For two people it cost over $20😳 Definitely wasn't worth that in the least bit!!!! Then we both watched the other employee making our chocolate shake...what a joke. No flavor and all whip cream. To boil it all down...we will not be returning to Carl's Junior!...

First incident: we ordered a couple of burgers, that's it. We was told that there was a 20 minute wait, we decided not to wait 20 minutes for fast food. We pulled out of the line. Dude said there were a bunch of people inside. We pulled around to the front and there was only one couple in line, nobody really in the joint at all. Walked in and got our food in less than 10 minutes. And keep in mind we were the second car in line so nobody was really in the drive through either. It was late and they decided to drive customers away, being lazy..

Second incident: 10:40pm we go there for a combo meal this time. Before I could even say combo he was like "we're not selling sides". In shock we like what?? No sides?? "We already started cleaning up so we're not selling sides anymore, we close soon". Then while me and my wife decide what to do next he starts popping spit bubbles in the mic "*pop *pop *pop...so y'all dont want anything?" Don't get me wrong, I understand y'all ready to go I been there before but that's why you're open until 11! Serve customers any time before then. It ain't like we pulled up 5 minutes til. Some people get off of work late and don't wanna cook late night. Lazy employees again driving...
