Taco Bell — Restaurant in Goodyear

Haven't eaten at a Taco Bell in a very long time. After the meal I had last week... I remember why. The food just isn't the same, the Burrito Supreme used to be worth the money, now its a tiny burrow not much larger than the standard burritos. The tacos... Same. Dry overly crunchy corn taco shells which are far to thick. The meat filling... was just ground beef, or vegetable protein which resembles meat, no spicy flavoring like days of old, just flavorless dry ground meat like crumbles. Don't even get me started on the price! Nickel and dimmed, literally for every single ingredient?!! Most of which, for a taco or burrito, SHOULD BE INCLUDED. Like beans, cheese, tomato's, lettuce... to many to list. Even charging for extra sauce? Frakkin cheap a-wholes! Self service ordering as well. I stood at the counter for maybe 5 min before I realized , the kiosk behind me... to order. The folks behind the counter kept looking up at me, and then would basically ignore me. Pathetic. They already have robots working for them. I don't know why they bother automating the ordering and checkout... other than. . There is nobody to complain to about the pathetic food... Avoid if you enjoy Mexican fast food. Many far better places and less expensive to boot! Sad how LOW "TacoHell" has fallen. I won't be...

Enchilada burritos suckssss never has there been an enchilada with rice in it and no cheese. Super wack. Service is slow seems like they don’t care about in person customers anymore. Didn’t get greeted when I walked in and stood there for 20 minutes waiting for my food and when I walked in the drive through was empty. But shortly after I ordered two dashers came in and 4 drive through ordered went out before mine did. Come to find out they have one person making dine in orders and 4 making all the other orders. IF YOU ONLY CARE ABOUT DRIVE THROUGH BUSINESS AND ONLINE BUSINESS LOCK THE DOORS OTHERWISE SERVICE YOUR DINE IN CUSTOMERS WITH THE SAME OR IF NOT BETTER THAN DRIVE...

I order the #6 meal with an extra drink and two nacho fry’s. They gaved me 3 dollar tacos ! I kept calling and the guys kept disconnecting the phone! Wasting my time and my money on these you youngsters who don’t even care about the quality and service for this restaurant. I asked for the manager when I went back! Manager ignored me. The guy who took my order refused to give me my receipt. And process to close the window on me. Said to come back tomorrow how am I going to come back tomorrow if I don’t have proof of my receipt if they did not provide me with it in the first place ! Wasting everyone’s time for not wanting to do...
