Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Goodyear

The food is usually always good if you check to make sure it's right, there's one girl who's always so sweet to us. But this last time the girl that took our order was extremely rude even yelling " What " to my husband she proceeded to be hostile toward my husband at the window even coming back to the window after we had been waiting 18 minutes for two items and said " yes can I help you, my husband says we are just waiting in our food, she says oh well you were looking like you had something to say, then goes back away from the window to come back and say they are still making your order. We also ordered three iced coffees with mocha, none had mocha " ,we asked to speak to a manager he came to the window and just proceeded to say sorry, and that he would talk to her while she was standing behind him a little bit away looking at use all mean and shaking her head then starts to walk away shaking her arm in the air behind the managers back as we and everyone in there could see. Terrible service and it's not the first time. We finally got our order 24 minutes later. And as we drove off the truck behind us drove out of the drive thru, through the dirt because they were tired of waiting. When I called to see if they needed help they said they were not hiring and they even have a banner up at the entrance of the drive thru saying they are hiring, clearly that's misleading but I think they might need more help these kids are either over worked or just dont want to work. A manager is only as strong as his team. Jack's needs to get it together at this location. The one girl at the window most days is why me and my family come back, wish she had been...

Oh Olivia, working in the window right now at this Goodyear Jack-in-the-Box what an attitude so I go to the drive-through and I pull up to the window and she asked me what type of sauce is what I like and I said a quote I said “oh there’s so many choices” by the time I got done with those few little words, she slammed the window closed behind her look like she grabbed the handful of sauces so I was like OK well she’s gonna give me a variety of sauces and that’s OK. They were thrown in the bag gave it to me boom I drove off I look and I got two cold, jumbo jacks, and all of one type of sauce. I’m like really so I go back to get the receipt just to make sure I can document this horrible service from Olivia at the window there you know you got an attitude lady and you need to do you need to calm down if you don’t wanna deal with the public go working in the back and flip burgers Stay out of the Publix people don’t wanna go spend their money and get an attitude like that and closing windows in my face while I’m trying to tell you what kind of sauce I want what sense that make and I didn’t even get any ketchup so now here I am at home with no ketchup, and I don’t have any ketchup in the house but I just paid for these burgers and all I want was some ketchup and she didn’t give it to me so thanks for nothing Olivia That’s the name on the receipt. This was seriously the worst Jack in the Box I've ever been to. The girl at the drive through window was rude from the moment I drove up. She then proceeded to argue with me about whether they had a regular spicy chicken sandwich She insisted they only make a spicy chicken club. She then dismissed me without giving me the drinks I ordered. When i said I didn't get my drinks, I got an eyeroll as though I was asking her to do something outside her job description. She was nice enough to hand me drinks with the soda dripping all down the side, so that was great for my cup holders.

Then I get home to find out that the curly fries I ordered were actually almost an equal mix of curly fries and regular fries...not a few stragglers, almost 50/50. Not to mention the container was barely full.

I made the mistake of calling to let a manager know. Spoke to the person in charge for the shift and played 20 questions on what the girl looked like. Unfortunately I didn't pay enough attention to what she looked like. The guy I spoke to did say sorry about that, so that call was a success.

Needless to say, despite moving near this Jack in the Box, I will be driving out of my way to another location the next time I have a craving for Jack in the Box. Best 20 bucks...
