I am so tired of wasting my money at this Taco Bell location. They can't seem to take instructions well when it's told to them clear and concise. I shouldn't have to check my food every single time I'm at that window but sometimes, I am just too tired to do and I want to get home and eat my food. I can't count how many times I've trusted them with my order, got home and have to throw my food away because they didn't listen. And after reading these reviews, it seems like something is missing at that location... Drive and the determination to achieve excellent customer service and customer satisfaction. Management needs to have a serious talk with this staff during the lunch time hrs but mostly for those who work the 4 pm and up hrs. The staff at the lunch hrs are much more pleasant and personable, and they pretty much get my orders correct. That I do appreciate. I'm writing this review in hopes that someone take heed to ALL these reviews and WILL take action and I pray that things get better for this location. I won't know because I will be going to another location for now on. Tonight was the last straw for me at that location. Read moreOnce again spent $40 on Taco's and upon getting home half my order was missing. This is even after I asked Rena B if all 24 Tacos were in the one box as I expected a second box. I was told no that all 24 were there. Should have trusted my gut and slowed down and looked before leaving. After getting home and realizing I called and called and called and called again each time the phone rang about 10-15 times then a fax line came on. One time someone actually picked it up and I could hear the restaurant noises briefly but then the phone was hung up without even answering. After ringing it off the hook someone actually answered and I finally explained the situation only once again to be told I would have to come back to the store to be refunded for the 12 tacos I paid for but didn't get. Big inconvenience and major Taco Tuesday let down for a family of 5! Now there is no reason in today's electronic world seeing how my card info is on the receipt along with all the needed info they can not run a refund to my card without me having to come back up there later! This location is notorious for saying either another driver has taken the order previously, or their system is down and we did not receive your order, or we are closed for the evening.
Whatever the reason maybe, driver's, please do not take the word of the merchant because they are liars. Of Course, the merchant wants to get off at a reasonable time, but the merchant has made a commitment to provide food service until closing time.
If the merchant says they did not receive the order and their is a long line, contact your support channel. Either they will tell you the merchant received the order, or they will ask you to use your own card to purchase the order to be reimbursed, or they will cancel the order.
Late night customers, any reasonable person would not accept this type of treatment regarding food service unless alcohol or drugs are involved. This store has been rated 3.6 that should mean something when it comes to quality, professionalism and service.
