The people that work here are either thieves or ignorant, or possibly both. I stopped by drive-through for a cherry limeade. I asked for a LARGE with extra REAL cherries. I was behind 3 cars. No big deal. Waited about 9 minutes to get to the window. Total is $3.54, I hand cashier a $5 bill. She says thanks and disappears for 4 minutes. When she comes back, she hands me a drink, a receipt and $1, says "have a nice day" and closes the window. So I knock. She opens the window and I ask if there is change. She says "yes. Did you want that too?" I replied "Yes, please." She says "Um, just a minute." Then she closes the window and I sit there for another 3 minutes. She opens the window, sticks her closed hand out, I reach mine out, she drops something in my hand and says "Have a nice day," then closes the window. I open my hand to see one quarter and three pennies. That was my $.46. To top the cake, when I tasted my cherry limeade with extra REAL cherries, I almost spit it out. It was sprite and a splash of something red, with extra lime juice and bits of STRAWBERRY, not a single CHERRY in the cup. Update 3/6/2023: -1 star on Service for missing the delivery of my order to my stall, after my checking in with the app. I waited 30 minutes before pushing the Red Button and following up. Another -1 for making excuses and blaming the oversight first on (a) the customer and (b) a "problem with the system". (The customer to the left of me walked up to the window to look for her order after her long wait.) Yet another -1 for the bewildered response to my feedback: The team did not earn their tip today. Telling me that I'm "ok" because the food was in the warmer is not how to respond to this feedback.
No more upfront tips for this location. For now, I will consider the food and service first, upon delivery, before considering a cash tip.

For context here I am 6months pregnant, had 3 Dr appointment and labs done and was finally going home and wanted to bring home some food for my husband, 1yr old and myself. I am diabetic and can't have any large bread items. (So about 98% of the menu is a no-go for me) I order a breakfast burrito. I get my order for us and head home. Once home, there's no burrito... I tried to call but their phone isn't on service/not working. So I drive back up there all the way from moncks corner. I get there. There was another mistake but I finally bit the bullet and decided to have a chat with the manager. Now listen, this woman is the whole reason I'm giving 5 stars. Not only did she relate to the pregnancy hormones and cravings I was having, she made it better with remaking my order herself and even making it an even better burrito and bonding over some ultrasound of my soon to be here daughter.
