Burger King — Restaurant in Goose Creek

Today was the first time in a LONG time that I had great service at ANY Burger King! I didn't catch the name off the gentleman's name tag, but he made sure I got fresh fries and he brought my order to me in the dining room. He also said that since I had to wait for so long, that he upgraded my fries and apologized for my wait.

I hadn't even realized a wait since I was preoccupied with my phone.

Also, while actively taking care of his customer (me), he wouldn't sit there and coversate until he was done with his customer. He said this to a couple of employees while he was taking care if my needs as a customer. When I asked for a small to go bag for my fries; he offered to freshen them up so they would be got for sown the road. I thanked him, but told him it was necessary.

I haven't seen this type, or amount, of customer service in a long time. It was nice to know, and witness, someone taking the extra step and the knowledge of how being in the eye of the public deems a little less hanging out with the co-workers, and putting the guest first. That man needs a raise and should be in some sort of managenent/training program where he teaches how the guest should be prioritized, and the hanging out for after the clock out.

UPDATE!!!! I just can’t be more pleased with ANY fast food restaurant near me❤️❤️❤️❤️ I order here a minimum of twice a week. We can all be busy to the point of forgetting some of the details. This Restaurant is on point I’ve forgotten to add ketchup packets with certain thing but they always put it in the bag with my order. Look it’s not fast and isn’t when using the app but would you rather have it fast and suck or slower but hot and fresh? Thank You Goose Creek Burger King for your outstanding customer service and delicious food!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

I love this location and the employees are always friendly and smiling!!!! This is the only location that knows how to change their grease and cook the onion rings correctly. Other locations over fry the onion rings to the point I’m scared I’ll chip a tooth but here they’re cooked perfectly every time. I don’t mind them being a little slow but they cook to order and I eat here almost weekly. I’ve never gotten cold or old food from here. Keep slaying it guys. I’m finishing up my delicious double whopper and onion rings as I’m typing this review. See you guys next week for my fast food Friday fix...

I have been to this location and the last 4 times it has been a nightmare from not having major elements to food to only able to pay in cash. This week I went and sat at the drive through menu board for 5 minutes waiting for my order to be taken. I finally pulled up a little to see if other cars were already waiting. There was 1, none behind me. I pulled up to the window and told the person no one ever came and was told "I can't take your order at the window. You have to go back to the menu board". I asked for the manager and was told the same thing but they would take my order and then have to pull over until they can bring their food out to me. I said you have NO other people in line and NO one is allowed inside and I see 4 people standing there in the front doing nothing and you want me to pull over? I drove off.

If you look at ALL the other fast food businesses around, you will see many people there but this location never does. Here's your sign. Need any other sign? I hope this location closed as many of the others are...
