I placed an order online with a 15 minute wait and waited in the parking lot. While waiting I noticed that other patrons were going to the door and noticed that the doors were locked. I then noticed that someone came to the door and opened it. So I got out of my car along with another paying customer and went to the door. A young black female with braids was at the window looking at me and when the other patron walked up she then came to the door. The young female who goes by the name “Patience” stated they were closed without explanation and attitude . I proceeded to show her that I paid and placed my order online as well as the other lady that was standing next to me. She then said with an attitude your order was canceled and you will get a refund in 3-5 days. I said to this female, I didn’t get confirmation that the order was canceled so how do I know that. With an attitude and a whole lot of hand gestures this female representative of Pizza Hut goes to say a situation occurred and they will not be making anything. I then asked for her name and she then says hmm “Patience” I then asked for the managers name and she says she’s right there so I said ok let me speak with her. The female then shut the door in my face and walked inside talking recklessly. There was another black female inside with braids throwing her arms up in the air yelling as if she was wanting to fight. Totally disrespectful!! I am a paying customer asking for confirmation about my order. A young man that appears to be a representative of Pizza Hut came outside for whatever reason. I am highly disappointed in this Pizza Hut and it’s because of the customer service I received today. I have contacted their corporate office and I am awaiting a response. I will be following up! *Update: I contacted Goose Creek dispatch to find out what happened at the location due to “Patience” stating that someone died in there and Goose Creek dispatcher stated they didn’t have any incidents at that location today. Read moreI stopped in after doing some shopping in the area around 11:40am on a Saturday to get some lunch. I was alone and wanted a small thin crust which is still more than I needed but you know when you have a craving lol. There was one man sitting at a table and several people waiting for carry out. I took a seat and after a bit I was approached by the cashier. She asked if I wanted to order take out and I said I wanted to dine in. She told me they weren't offering wait service but if I ordered she would bring it out to me with a paper plate and napkins. I agreed and told her I wanted a small super supreme with thin crust and extra cheese, she told me they don't make those in small I would have to get a medium. I made the order as well as a Pepsi to drink. I waited over 40 minutes for my order which was plenty of time to assess the dining room and surrounding area. An inch or more of grime covered the floor at the base of the walls. The floor was just cement so it really stood out. The tables are metal and very scuffed and dented. The booths are in need of repair also. The set up is strange like they had a bar at some point and instead of taking it out they just turned it into a display for random items. There is a wide open space between that area and the seating. The windows need cleaning as well as the walls, or maybe fresh paint. This is a wing stop so it shouldn't look so run down. My pizza was hot and the ingredients seemed fresh but I was disappointed in the lack of cheese since I asked for extra. I also asked for a cup of ice and was told the ice machine wasn't working. I wasn't offered any utensils either. The whole experience for a Saturday at lunchtime was lackluster. I wasn't expecting 5 star dining however the room for improvement is massive. Read moreThe restaurant was dirty. Several of us waited almost 10 minutes to be acknowledged. My order wasn’t ready so I waited another 20 minutes to get it. When the young kid handed ut to me he did not check it and unfortunately neither did I. We were passing through so when we arrived home 25 minutes later and went to eat both pizzas were wrong and they had given us no dip for the wings despite asking and being charged for it. I immediately called the restaurant and after about 5 minutes a woman answered the phone. I explained what happened and how the kid was too busy playing around to do his job. She said I was the third or fourth person to call with wrong orders that night. She stated she had to remake one order 3 times. She offered to remake our order but I explained we were 25 minutes away and I did not want to travel back down there that late in the evening. She said she would refund my card and speak to the manager. The refund has not happened but they sure charged my card. I grew up with Pizza Hut and in fact my late stepfather was an executive with corporate when I was younger so I know what is expected and the quality that is supposed to be delivered.
