I am always happy when "Jason" serves me at the drive thru because he made me feel welcome because he has a pleasant personality and always happy and kind. Excellent customer service as my order is always right when he is there! He is an excellent example of great hospitality. Even, when it is really busy, he has a smile and kindly speaks to you. Since I moved here from Florida he made Gorham Dunkin Donuts my go to place always! Lived here for 4 years and the time I’ve been here, this Dunkin’s is probably the worst one yet, They do not have food or drinks supplies. There was at least 4/5 people and none of them could take my order and then proceeded to tell me to use the kiosk even though there was plenty of people who could take my order. After waiting in line for literally 10 minutes, they stood around talking while I was waiting for them to give me my sandwich that was sitting there over the counter on their end.The store manager needs to get his crew together and store. Worst dunkin donuts I've ever stopped at. Waited almost 10 minutes in drive thru for a muffin, 2 egg wraps, and an ice tea. The only thing colder than the butter packets I got was the employees personality. I asked for a muffin with extra butter on it but got 4 packets of ice cold butter. Ever try spreading a cold block of butter on a muffin that crumbles when you touch it?

Drive thru employee gave us the wrong bag of food at first also, and never bothered to give us our change. Ya it's only 2 cents, but but that's not their decision to make. Wish I could give...
