I wouldn’t even rate these employees at dominoes a single star as it’s the Worst service ever I have seen at Dominos. I ordered a carry out today at 09:10pm from this store and reached the store by 9:30pm. I paid the bill at 9:35pm and a guy near the counter said the pizza is not ready yet and it would take some time. He was even not specific about how much time it would take. I asked him several times he just kept on saying few minutes, few minutes. Meanwhile, there were 8 employees in the store including the delivery guys and everyone are standing and talking instead of doing the work for what they are paid. I waited there until 9:55pm and cancelled the order. I asked him to call his manager then a lady appears (Rachel) and says she is the assistant manager in store. She went back and checked the status of the order and said that sorry your order was lost so just now we placed it in oven and it will take a few minutes. She said I will give you the pizza for free it’s up to you whether you want to wait or not. Instead of being SORRY she was rude to the customers. I thought I was the only one who experienced such behavior from her but that’s not true, if you see the previous reviews you will know that most of them had the same experience.
I took the pizza and came out, later everyone started laughing and talking with each other. Guys if you are reading this review please NOTE: you people should be shame for not doing your job and moreover you have no right to gossip and laugh at me when I leave the place. YOU PEOPLE DONT RESPECT YOUR CUSTOMERS ATLEAST VALUE YOUR JOB FOR WHICH YOU ARE GETTING PAID!!!!!

The staff is always kind and the pizza is normally great, but the last two times I ordered extra cheese, it didn’t seem like there was actually any extra even though I was charged for it. Two days ago, I picked up my order and mentioned it to the young guy making my pizza. I even tipped him a dollar in cash to make sure I got what I paid for. I opened the box in front of him and pointed out that the middle looked like it barely had any cheese. He said there was a bubble and offered to remake it, which I appreciated, but I didn’t want to wait another fifteen minutes. I took it anyway, but unfortunately it didn’t taste right. It seemed overcooked and when I grabbed a slice, the cheese and pepperoni slid right off. I’m not trying to be rude, I just want to be able to order with confidence, and I wish I had caught his name so I could request someone else next time.
I came back after explaining the situation and they offered me another pizza and made it so perfectly. It was delicious and definitely had extra cheese this time. Thank you Lynette for your great customer service and personally making my pizza!
Update: I came back for the third time and asked for extra cheese, but it doesn’t look like extra cheese. The manager, Sean made it for me. It tasted more like sauce to be honest with you. Read moreRachel began supposedly making my order at 7:10 pm according to the tracker. I called to check my order at 7:43 pm, spoke with a young woman. She said that the pizzas are NOW in the oven. It doesn't take 30 minutes to prepare 2 pizzas! She said the delivery time had changed to an hour. Are you kidding me?! Never have I ever witnessed a delay Preparation pizza order in my life. Somebody isn't doing their job right. Called back again at 7:56 pm to talk to someone else about my order because it still hasn't reflected in the tracter, according to what the young lady said it would be in the oven. She picks up my call, says to hold on. I was on hold for a while. Then I see the tracker finally change to "oven" at 7:57 pm. She then speaks to me. I remind her who I am. She already knows the reason. I asked why all of a sudden she put my order in the oven, when she said she would have it in. Then she puts me on hold again without letting me know. Some young teenage dude takes the call and starts harassing me. I told him he's making a big mistake arguing with me because I'm an officer. He then starts insulting me saying he didn't care who I was. Then hangs up the phone. I call back and speak to the assistant manager, Rachel, I explained to her the situation. She told me that it isn't the first complaint she had received about this teenager. She said she will give me my order for free after I told her several times I wanted to cancel my order.
