Ordered 2 breakfast meals and didn't get my hash browns that I was probably waiting 8+ minutes for. Didn't realize it till i was already on the highway headed home. Went in another time to get something quick this weekend. Took 15 minutes before I got my food (when we ordered the drive thru wasnt busy nor was the lobby so no excuse i could see). I had done the table side ordering so when the lady brought our food out to us, I noticed my ranch wasn't on the tray so I told the lady "Hey, I was supposed to get ranch for my nuggets." and the lady literally roles her eyes at me, turned around, walked away, slammed our table side number down on the counter by the registers. I was speechless in so much shock. Another lady brought my ranch to me thankfully. Being a Previous Manager at a McDonald in Odessa, this isn't how you treat a paying customer. Ruined my meal. There was no one in line in front of me at the counter, and it still took almost 10 minutes to get a McDouble and an order of fries. The other people with me ordered 2 frappes and a 10 piece nugget, which took over 10 minutes. The manager on duty was yelling and belittling his employees, especially the girl working the drive thru, very loudly and in front of the customers who were inside near the front counter.
