I had ordered a large pizza with 4 toppings and pineapple.when I called to place my order, I specifically told the guy that I wanted the pizza smothered in pineapple. He asked 'So extra pineapple'? I said, No I want the pizza 'SMOTHERED' in pineapple. When I went and picked the pizza up, I checked the pizza before I left. There were literally about 10-15 pieces of pineapple. I told the guy that I wanted the pizza smothered with pineapple. He said 'That is extra pineapple'. I said 'I didn't order extra pineapple, I wanted the top of the pizza smothered to where you can't see the other items, AND how can you say that those 10-15 pieces of pineapple is extra?! What is regular pineapple? 5 small pieces of pineapple??? Warning: DO NOT order extra toppings because you will not get it. They WILL charge you for extra but you will NOT get extra. It's best to keep a can or two of whatever you like on your pizza, whether it be mushrooms, black olives, or "PINEAPPLE" and just pay for a regular pizza and just add the extra toppings yourself. Read moreWe ordered delivery at 11:30pm because we got into our hotel late. The closest option was dominoes. This store was literally 4 minutes from our hotel. The store closed at 12, but we were guaranteed to get our food. Usually deliveries are under 30 minutes so should have been there before they closed anyway. The tracker said it would take 33-40 minutes, okay, a little after they closed, so I tipped well for the inconvenience. 12:30 rolls around, the tracker says it's been delivered, no food, no way to call the store. We called it a night, and I crawled into bed. 12:50 they bang on our hotel room door and give us only a quarter of the food we ordered, which was cold and smelled like smoke. I tried to call the store over the next few days, and no one answered. I sent in three messages over the chatbot and one email through the website email. I sent them a message on Facebook. So basically, I paid for food I didn't get. This particular dominos sucks, and this corporation doesn't care about...
Read moreI ordered domino's after coming home late, and I wasn't really looking to make anything at 11 pm. They deliverered the WRONG pizza, which also happened to look like it had been reheated from the day before. I tried to go through the delivery insurance they advertise, but it's no more than a choice between 20% a menu item or a free pizza coupon. Which would be emailed to you within 48 hours. Meaning I am totally SOL with the garbage they delivered tonight... thanks Domino's.
EDIT: I decided to give Domino's one more chance, and after a fairly decent pizza, I decided to try it again! To my surprise the Pizza spent an hour in the quality check phase and never arrived! I tried to call the store to find out what was going on, only to be left on hold, and my call to go unanswered. I attempted to call 2 more times and each time the call was hung up on me. Real professional. And you can't even report an issue with the order till it arrives. So once again Domino's has left me...
