I got a salad. It was delicious and very fresh! My roommates got 2 pizzas and some dessert pizza thing. Their pizzas were made incorrectly and with toppings they never ordered. They both said it was awful pizza even after picking off the wrong toppings. The dessert pizza stuff was really gross too. It tasted like baby formula, dust, and raw flour. It had no sweetness to it. It was super dry. We’ve never been inside, so I can’t comment on the store or anything. However, our delivery driver was rude & impatient. We’re not very impressed. We’re not going to write this place off completely, but it’ll be a minute before we order from here again.
Update 8/14/23: we ordered food on Thursday or Friday of last week and not only was the order completely wrong again, our food was completely inedible again! It was disgusting! Once again, our delivery driver was a jerk with an attitude and no patience. When our house is as big as it is, it takes a bit to get to the front door. Your drivers should have patience for people to get around their homes. Sorry that they live in apartments that only have one level, so they don’t understand! When you live in a house that’s as big as mine, you need at least 3-4 minutes to get down the stairs & to the front door. We definitely will not ever order from this store again. Not only are the employees extremely rude, they cannot seem to get it together. They didn’t even give us food that was edible or give us what we paid for. Ridiculous! It’s really sad too because my husband and I ordered from them the very first day that they opened a few years back and the food was disgusting then, but I figured it would improve over time. Read morePlaced an order online. Showed up 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. The time listed in the receipt emailed to me, for this location. When I got there they couldn’t find my order, instead of telling me they couldn’t find it they said it was still working. I then tell them if it’s not cooking yet to just give me my money back. They then tell me they can’t find it. After showing them the receipt from their website listed online the manager tells me she is trying to figure out how to refund my money. I leave my number and go home. Hours later with no response I call back and ask about my refund, the manager tells me they don’t know how to refund. The GM will call me the next day. I don’t get a call. I call them and ask for my refund. The asks me to text the receipt and he says he will refund my money. I want to talk to the GM because this is ridiculous. GM isn’t there. I say ok, refund the money and ask your GM to call me. It’s been 5 business days, no response, no refund no nothing. This is basically theft.
Also, in the past I have ordered from here while staying at a hotel. I fell asleep once while waiting and when I woke up there was no missed calls or texts. No food at my door. I assume someone took it. Now u realize they probably never even made it or delivered it. Is this a common practice here, just stealing money and ignoring “customers?”

Read moreI had an incident with one of their drivers nearly crashing into me. It was on a one way street on campus. It was at night. I had my head lights on, & was driving the speed limit. A man driving a van, pulled out of the parking lane & into the driving lane, which I was traveling in. He failed to use a turn signal. I drove over into the gutter to avoid a collision. Only after I honked, did he realize he nearly caused an accident. He gave a pathetic wave & drove off. Why would someone not use a turn signal? Laziness, incompetence, or complete disregard for public safety? Its literally moving a finger 2 inches. Also how could he not of seen me? If I hadn't been paying attention, there would of been an accident.
I complained about this incident, & I was told it was a 'low thing' for me to do, since its 'a small business.' It seems the reasonable thing, would of been to reach out to me to talk, & resolve this matter. I don't understand this logic, I guess since its a small business, they believe they have no responsibility towards public safety?
I asked that the driver be taken off the road, & given a drug test, but none was administered. I doubt there was any punishment given. I hope no one is injured because of the complete & utter negligence from this company's management & employees. They value someone getting their order 20 sec faster, than someone potentially being seriously injured.
