Date Nov 7th 2015 I called them at 12:50 Am and placed an order and waited an hour and 10 mins after still not getting the pizza I ordered. I called them back and asked to talk to a Manger to get told he couldn't find my order then to tell me he places the order under another phone number. Then hung up on me. I got into my car and drove down to the store to get treated horribly by the employee's and the Manger and ignored when I asked where is the pizza. I was told they were to busy to talk with me to get this straighten out.. Last time I checked when a person placed an order that would mean I'm a paying customer which means you should make the time to address the problem and fix it. Now I've been sitting in my car waiting for your Manger to have the time to talk with me and for the pizza. Being that everything is closed ATM and I've waited now 2 hours for this pizza and drove here for it while they are helping other customers. 3 am and they are now closing up and the manger ignored me the whole time and I still didn't get the pizza that my son and I ordered at 12:50 am. Waited the whole time outside for the manger. This is very poor customer service and I will be not just leaving at this review for all others to view. I will be finding out who is the owner and informing them of the Manger actions towards their customs. Very rude and disrespectful on the phone and on person. An update to this I called to speak with the owner on Nov 9th, an employee answered the phone I asked to speak with the owner and the worker asked me what is was about. I said it was about the business and how I was treated as a customer. He went to get the owner and the owner told him to have me email him. Then the employee said if you tell me what happened I can help you. When I tried to speak to him and explain all that happened he made excuses for this manger Sam and how this Sam was the best manger they have etc..and then hung up on me. Now we order from Deeks very often sometimes 3 times a week. Sadly it is there loss. My family and i will take our business to someone who can treat their customers with respect and give the their customers the time they deserve. BTW Deeks I think you really should read these reviews of your customers its there to better your company. Sadly I don't think the owner cares about the customers for that shown by the way he allows his mangers and employees to be disrespectful to the customers. Read moreBE CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING THROUGH THE APP. The service has greatly gone down hill. I have two separate issues over the last couple days on orders totaling over $120. The first was an order of over $75 that never showed up. I also never received any calls nor notifications regarding the order. Second, I placed an order and after waiting for approximately 1/2 hour after the late end of the tentative delivery time, I call called the store to check on the status of the order. The girl I spoke with stated that the order was already out for delivery but wasn't too enthused to seem to want to help, nor was she interested in hearing that I hadn't received or been notified by the driver yet. I informed her that I would call back if I had received it. After 2 hours after placing my order (and over 45 minutes since the first call), I called back and found out that when I had ordered through the Deeks app that the phone number that they had was incorrect, but my information was correct in the app when I reviewed it prior to the order and while waiting. I have received calls before when the deliveries were made, so I am not sure as to the issue. The manager-on-duty got on the phone and got the information corrected and would re-make the order, to which he indicated that it would be approximately 20-30 minutes as they were not busy. This was the only assistance that I got. I guess to err on the side of caution, if I order again, I will have to make sure that I do not order through the app anymore as it seems like there are...
Read moreI understand ordering a pizza around 2:40am is super late and almost inconvenient for the workers but even if doordash is still willing to say your pizza is ready and to go pick it up then we shouldn’t have an issues. Got a notification saying that the pizza was ready so headed down there, went to the front door locked. There were a lot of workers in there not one person came to the door to see what I was there for. Just stared at me. They tried to make me leave by saying they were closed, so I showed them my order. Rolled his eyes at me while he’s got an airpod in while working. After 5 mins of standing in that cold showing him my phone for my order, told me to go around back. We were confused if we needed to go in or not. Many many employees (i think) in and out of that back door. after still waiting another 10ish mins I had my friend go in and ask about the pizza. Apparently the pizza was already done but no one knew where it was going?? After going in the building and asking for our pizza some guy brings it out. Look I get it, it’s 3am at a Pizza place but if you have about six people coming in and out of that place shouldn’t take that long or be that confusing!
