Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Grand Forks

Don't order when it's busy.

Ordered online and the the system estimated 35 to 45 minutes until delivery. I started calling at 1 hour and no one would answer.

I did get an update from the app that said my pizza was out for delivery 95 minutes after I ordered. Despite the fact the store is literally right across the street, I finally got a call from the driver (he couldn't bring the pizza up to my room) an hour and 55 minutes after I ordered.

The driver simply said "ya, we're really busy" and trotted away.

The pizza, the chicken and the dessert were, of course, all cold. The pizza was overcooked and dry as the cardboard container that it was in.

When they finally answered their phone, the manager told me that there was nothing they could do since the system took too many orders and they couldn't keep up. But he could make me a new pizza now....3 hours later.

No refund, no credits and, more importantly, not even an apology.

You've gotta fix your system Dominos. Stop taking orders if you aren't going to be able to...

This dominos is the worst. I ordered pizza back in January and the pizza was in the delivery drivers car for over 50 minutes so you can imagine how it looked and tasted. I could have thrown the pizza out and ate the box and it would have been as good. I stopped ordering from them after that and had much better service from other pizza places. Tonight I thought I’d give them a chance again. The driver left dominos at 5:15 and showed up at the door at 5:50. Again the pizza was all dried out and was awful. I called and spoke to the Manager and he just said the driver had 4 deliveries and we were the last one and he is doing the best he can. I told him about my last order and said that they have not improved. We used to order From them weekly but I will never order from them again. I have always been a big fan of Domino’s, but this location specifically goes above and beyond with your order all the way to saying hi to you even if you are there just to pick up an order. Not only is the quality of pizza amazing, but the workers know how to do their job very well and if you are just living in Grand Forks or stopping on your way by I highly recommend this Domino’s location. I especially love it when Domino’s has those weeks when you can buy menu items for 50% off saving a lot of money and the amount of time which your order is made is very fast.
