McDonald's — Restaurant in Grand Forks

I enjoyed my experience at Mcdonalds. I love McDonald's. Always have, even as a little kid. I think of my Dad when I go to Mcdonalds. We used to stop at McDonald's in Pierre, SD every year when we would travel from Rapid City to visit our relatives in Leonard, ND at Christmas time. I would always get the Big Mac and my dad called it a gut bomb. That made me happy and I felt like an adult because I wanted to like what he liked. It's weird that even today when I eat a big Mac it gives me the nostalgic feeling of being with him. I used to go days and days without eating due to my methamphetamine use. In addition to not having an appetite I was always broke. My point is that I wanted to die. I no longer wanted this life. I was so strung out that I could barely function in a public or private place. I couldn't count change. I hated public places. And, I would I always have to start with a vanilla shake because my throat would swell shut and I had sores all over my mouth. When I was finally able to swallow, for just a few brief moments I had hope. I felt close to my family. I don't know why I wrote this but I did. I didn't have a big mac, I had buttermilk chicken strips that my friend purchased and shared with me. I dipped the strips in a honey mustard sauce and a barbeque sauce. McDonald's on Washington st in grand Forks ND The cooks kitchen staff don't always use gloves. The veggies in the prep section; hmm, they don't throw away expired veggies or anything in the prep station cooler. All they do is just change the dates until gone. The shredded lettuce and salad mix also can be expired also,and for days. And when there's bad lettuce in the bags,they just pick through it and sale it to customers. And I mean expired; lettuce, salad mix,onions, tomatoes,burrito mix,tortillas. And the parfaits, now those also all they did was change the dates.The fryers are so disgusting, instead of the oil being clear and clean it's literally black. Behind and under all the equipment is nasty! The only time they so call clean a bit more is during inspection. The cookies and pies when coming out if the oven sit in the trays for quite a while, could be an hour then they put time stickers. Now don't get me wrong I love McDonald's, but after seeing all this at this McDonald's, it's not good. And people go order eat and...

Mcdonald's on Washington St in Grand Forks ND.... Not impressed if I could rate you 0 stars or negative I would... Your lobby's closed due to Covid there's no one to wait on except drive thru... came to your location at around 515pm should be one of your busiest times of the evening shift drive thru had 3 vehicles in each lane nothing to brag about for it being the time of day it was....waited in line for nearly 40 minutes to order 2 20 piece nuggets with extra bbq sauce sides, and i asked for some ketchup packets as I'd be eating in the car on my 45 min drive home and 2 large fries...get my food drop my friend off he went inside with his food and I start home get about 10-12 miles down the highway to find stale soggy cold french fries there were 7 out of the 20 nuggets loose in the bag and no bbq sides at all or ketchup packets or napkins... y'all slipping Mcdonalds on Washington St in Grand Forks ND.... y'all had me break not eating fast food for 4 years for that...
