My family got discriminated I asked politely for the general manager number because the MANAGER and it’s a she old lady with glasses clearly dosent want to be held accountable for what she did she not only hung up she refused to give me any information . It’s aug 1 2024 this happened at 1pm we just need someone higher up to calls us and hear us out I know they have s cameras everything is recorded. I will be talking to our family lawyer for discrimination see what he can do accountability is what I want or apology did not have to go this way but manager wants to hide her discriminatory actions . racism against Hispanic is unacceptable in any shape or form , been living here all my life this is not right what she did. Our take out order was messed up, and we didn't discover til we got home. Called the store; there were no managers on duty, but the crew member said they could help (it turns out they couldn't) . I explained how the sandwiches were messed up and offered to come back to return them and get correctly made ones. Also, to show the person who knew they made the sandwiches "exactly how it was on the ticket" that they, in fact, didn't (as i could hear him in the background). I was told that that wouldn't matter as all crew present had no authority to refund or even remake the sandwich correctly. My husband proceeded to go get it and they said they didn't get the online order. He showed them the email and they told him it may take a few minutes to go through. When he came back 15 minutes later, they said they still hadn't got it. The lady was whispering on her phone in the back and all of the sudden I got a cancellation email.
