SlapShot Pizza & Fat Alberts Subs — Restaurant in Grand Forks

This is for the Grand Forks location. I really enjoy their pizza but the delivery drivers are terribly slow. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and cheese sticks and it took almost 2 hours for them to get to my apartment! The driver could not find my apartment the first time so instead of calling me he went back to the store. Then the manager calls me and says that the driver went to my apartment and knocked on the door and called and there was no answer (which he never did). Then they said they were trying again. So the driver then actually calls me saying he is here. I walk downstairs to get my pizza and he is no where to be found. So I try and call him 3 different times and there is no answer. I walk up to my apartment and then finally he buzzes my place. He then gave me my pizza which was actually hot so that was nice and gave me a free pizza coupon. His customer service was not up to standards, he also did not have the actual copy of my receipt to sign only the guest copy and did not have a pen for me to sign with. I love their pizza but will never order...

First time ordering from Slap Shot Pizza. I ordered online which was pretty straight forward. I received an email about 5 min after my order was submitted and was quoted 45 mins. Delivered in 25 minutes (this was a Monday at 530 pm) so keep that in mind. The pizza is GREAT I ordered Brooklyn Style XXL 3 topping Daily deal, included breads stick which are so great I almost forgot there was pizza to try, and a 2 litter of Mt. Dew. I will have to try the hand toss, I'm assuming it will be very similar to bread stick. GREAT PIZZA SLAP SHOT "TOP SHELF"

4/26/18 I Order online again earlier in the day, and scheduled the delivery for 6:45pm. The driver was five minutes early! Awesome! This time I order the same daily deal XXL 3 topping, bread sticks, and Mt. Dew. I ordered hand tossed. IT IS THE BEST PIZZA I HAVE HAD! I have been looking for a pizza like this for a long time. Once again GREAT Job! Since Slap Shot Pizza is Hockey theme; it's only fitting they're the WINNERS of the Stanley Cup! P.S....

Not so sure I want to come back because of how poor the customer service was. I had ordered two subs and two extra sides of regular sauce. One sub needed to not have salami or pepperonis, because my grandmother cannot eat either. The TWO subs took 30 minutes to come out. I get it if it’s busy, but they had served 5 people after us and we were still waiting. It took me calling the place for our subs to come outside. The subs finally come to us and we look in the bag after we get home to find supreme disappointment. There was lettuce all over the bag from not being wrapped properly, my grandmother still got a ton of salami and pepperoni on her sub, and I didn’t get any of the sauce I had paid for. Very...
