Don’t trust such stupid people to place an order for a gathering. After I invited the people, they wanted to charge me extra at the last moment for an order placed two weeks ago. They do have no professional way to get an order confirmation or a refund. Basically, they are not smart enough to run business! They are holding my money for a couple of weeks and they don’t know how to make a refund on the credit card.
Replying to the owner’s response below: The order was made for 50 people and you promised to make it enough for 60 people. The stupid way you do to make the order as a note in your phone lets you either lie or forget what we agreed on. As you mentioned that this is the USA, you should be professional to make an order confirmation and respect your customers’ time. You talk to a PhD. in Engineering person who knows how to make things perfectly and is rich enough to get a high quality food. Get me my money back in a professional way and that would make me believe that you are OK to run such a business.
Lastly, the way that you replied to your customers' review tells clearly how professional you are. Guys: Check below how this restaurant replies for...
Read moreTried Steers for the first time with a friend who LOVES the restaurant. We were excited to be able to dine in. There were no other diners - one couple came in about an hr later, and two people were waiting for delivery/call in type orders. According to the waiter it was just him and one other person in the kitchen. Service was super friendly. The Chai tea is AMAZING. My friend had the Chicken Samosas, and Curry. I had the Korean Beef Bites, and the Ghost Chili Chicken. Food was delicious -The Ghost Chili Chicken was not spicy - it was more sweet and sour with a small kick (although I like spicy, so what wasn't hot to me, might be to you) Rice was amazing. We had one little hitch when trying to pay with separate checks. I ended up getting charged for half the samosas, plus my own food, but since I got my receipt emailed to me, I didn't realize it until we had left the restaurant (not a big deal) I will definitely be back - that chai was perfect, and I really want to try several other dishes...
Read moreReviewed Steers years ago when they first opened and urged GF residents to give them a shot. Well thanks to MY REVIEW:-) (and probably a LOT of hardwork on behalf of the owners and employees) they seem to be a REAL HIT in GF!!! Congrats! They ran a foodtruck at the Farmers Market this summer and we found out they had really expanded their menu with some amazing new dishes! Now they're back to their restaurant location and I was happy to see about a half dozen cars pull up to get takeout tonight when we picked up our food. There were a few issues with our order - we ordered online for pickup from their website - and some dishes were not available but this was handled quickly and well by one of their employees on site. They made generous accomodations and we left happy and the food is AMAZING! Combo of Somalian/Indian/Korean fusion? idk but it's good. To summarize - Steers is doing some great stuff now! Dine in is available as well as takeout. Give them a shot -...
