We ordered the Pickle Pizza for fun and the cheese pizza as our taste test. Some places hide the quality of their pizza with toppings, so plain cheese is a good litmus test for us and it passed with flying colors. The crust was crispy on the outside, but light and fluffy on the inside. The dough was foldable, but not so thin that the cheese/sauce slid off it. The sauce was sweet and had a hint of garlic and the cheese blend was perfect. Definitely top 5 for the area. The Pickle pizza was perfect, as well. The garlic butter base melted into the dough and the dill sprinkled on top was phenomenal. It came with what tasted like a house made ranch, which was thick and creamy. 10/10, we just found our new go to pizza place.

I could not wait to do this review. First off I will say I got the 14" pizza, chesse stix and a large Stromboli last night 1745. I seen no one putting up any pictures of the large Stromboli here is the photo. I also wanted to wait the next day for leftovers (which I had alot) to try it in my air fryer oh boy that was amazing just like picking it up last evening. The guys were awesome friendly and you want not only a good pizza, cheese Stix and Stromboli but a great pizza, cheese Stix and Stromboli these guys rock. I WILL COME BACK. Thanks guys for the GREAT pizza, cheese Stix and Stromboli.

Best pizza in Grand Haven, but not wheelchair accessible as far as I can tell. ETA(2/1/25): Lombardo’s reply to my review originally said there was a door on the side of the building that’s accessible to a person in a wheelchair. So I gave it another shot tonight. Pictures are of what that looked like; first pic is on my way in, and second pic is on my way out. Still LOVE your pizza y’all. But it hasn’t snowed in a few days, and this should be kept clear of snow and ice if you’re gonna call this your wheelchair accessible entrance.

I liked this place before we even ate the food! We had a long crazy day and were craving a new pizza place! Called about a half hour before close to ASK and see if we could still order, and they said for pick up yes, but delivery would be too late. Completely understandable! We ordered breadsticks (they put cheese on them, but totally worth it 🤤), a pepperoni bacon, and the pickle pizza. I'm a sucker for some pickle pizza. He didn't even seem upset that we called to order so close to closing, not even a little irritation in his tone of voice. He was so nice about it! THAT is good business. 👍🏼 I went to pick up, told him we really wanted to try something new, and he said we came to the right place. He was not kidding! Chatted about the history of the photos on the wall as they were finishing up our order, and then got home, and we SMASHED! Lombardo's is now our favorite pizza place 😋 🍕 Thank you guys so much for being so kind and so willing, and making the most delicious...

When I arrived to pick up the pizza, initial reaction was very favorable. The atmosphere is a typical small pizza joint - the smells/decor were pleasant and the counter staff attentive and proficient. Got the pizza home and, after taking first bite, I was not impressed. Althought the toppings were good, the sauce had very little flavor and the dough was too sweet. I see that others rated this the best pizza in GH, but from my experience, GH (and WMI in general) is not a great "pizza destination." I was raised outside the Chicago area and grew up eating pizzas where the sauce/toppings had robust flavors and the cheese/crust rounded out a great tasting pie. Unfortunately, Lombardo's did not hit the...
