I’ve been a long-time customer at this location but have recently started going to other restaurants due to the negative response from the general manager of this particular location.
I completed a survey and indicated that I may not be returning to this location because my fiancé’s order wasn’t right. The GM sent a response and was rude in my opinion. I felt as if I was being talked down to. He asked why I would give up so quickly on this franchise when we have never had a complaint thus far.
That statement was completely incorrect because I have sent negative feedback when asked to complete surveys and not once did anyone ever got back to me in seven years. I have had pizzas that were burned, toppings that were skimpy or not even put on at all when I would ask them to go “light” on toppings. I’ve also had pizzas that were cut so unequally that some pieces were tiny slivers and others were gigantic. I have also had pizzas that weren’t cut all the way through, so I had to finish cutting them myself.
Even after all this, I was willing to come back if the GM had just responded to my second email. He had offered to give us a refund on one pizza, but that doesn’t make sense when that one pizza is part of a two pizzas plus breadsticks deal. I asked for clarification on how a discount would be processed and never heard back. I made sure I sent it to two email addresses and never heard a thing.

Little did we know that all the problems laid in wait to ambush us as soon as we were isolated and without backup. Fans faulted, lasers failed, transformers tripped. I feared for my very life, but more than that, I feared I would miss my scheduled rendezvous with the pizza man! The time Drew near, but the machine was still down. I hatched a plan... I went to acquire the laptop to diagnose the issue. This action would swing me past the drop off. I just had to pray that the timing would be right. I barreled through the door to make contact, but saw salvation heading my way. He walked with purpose, but not the type of reckless swagger that might betray the value of his cargo. We made the handoff, and then he disappeared like a true master of his craft. I dropped the package in the safe house and settled up affairs on the floor.

I checked in with the person at the counter and he turned around and looked in the conveyer oven and said your pizza and breadsticks have about 3 minutes. Watched as the pizza and breadsticks came out and watched the guy hand the breadsticks to another employee who walked away with them. Then a few minutes later he shouted throw another bread stick order in across the room to the girl making the orders.
