Attempted to get fuel by paying at the pump with a card at about 7pm 10/24/21. An employee BOB W, black mini cooper, cancelled three transactions in a row from inside the store for no reason, without provocation, or any contact. I have video of the third attempt and submitted it to corporate. I spend over $15,000 per year at Casey’s throughout Nebraska. Other, non-Casey’s locations will appreciate my money.
With employees like BOB W, black mini cooper, it’s difficult to believe that this place considers itself LGBTQ+ friendly. He is one of the biggest homophobes GI has to offer.

I used to bring my son and wife every morning for breakfast but they simply do not care about customer loyalty... Plenty of other businesses around here to take my money for doing their jobs right...(Something else you might give a try.)
