We eat at the same McDonalds location at least a couple mornings a week for breakfast on our way to work. And most of the time they have been pretty good. I still have to double check my order before I pull away from the window, but I have learned to just do that - it's not a big deal. But this morning when I asked for a cup of ice to go with my OJ they made me pull forward to wait for it..... I still sat there and checked my order before I pulled forward, would have thought that they could have had bit better customer service and just handed it to me while I was still sitting there. I asked to talk to the mgr when the gal came out to give me my cup of ice. She indicated that she was the manager - I asked why I had to pull forward to for a cup of Ice - she stated because the they had the persons order behind me ready - I asked her if she thought that was really good customer service? or is it that just customer service for the car behind me was more important than customer service for me. Read morePre-order breakfast waited in a long line, got addressed at 10:26. After stuttering over confirming our order our already paid for breakfast he said it's 1030 we can't serve you. Manager said they'd make it we would have to pay for It again. We said okay.. after getting to the window the manager said there's no breakfast left refused to make anything for us but the drinks. She than let us know they ran out of breakfast at 920am... I asked why were we able to order breakfast if they ran out. She said since it's Sunday we won't get the $ refunded til Wed or Thursday because it take 48 business hours. But if we waited to wait 25 min She can order us lunch but no discount or compensation for the time being.. a few days later and we found out we were charged. McDonald's said they charged me because my purchase was with in the time frame of breakfast and there's no reason for us not to receive our meal. The Manager completely lied to us. Many times your order will be wrong, and the line moves at a snail pace. Tonight I was particularly frustrated because they informed me that they were cash only (which wasn't an issue), and then when I pulled around to the first window they made me wait for ten minutes. Finally a lady came and rudely informed me that I was holding up the line and that I should know that when they're "on manual, the first window isn't used and payment is at the second window." Despite her thick attitude with me, I explained that it was no issue to go to the second window, but nobody ever told me they were on manual or that I needed to skip the first window. I understand that sometimes things don't run smoothly on their end but they need to keep a face of professionalism to customers. Choose somewhere else to spend your money.
