If you want ambiance the new Pho Saigon during the lunch hour on friday consists of forks against bowls and beeps from the ownerās phone playing loudly in their childrenās hands. No music, no tv, nothing to listen to. The menus are pictures from google and handwritten prices, all of which much too expensive for the quality of food. Their large pho tai, a thin steak noodle dish was a small bowl of noodles in a large bowl of broth, with fatty brisket instead of thin slices of steak that cook in the bowl. Perhaps the best part of pho, the broth was seriously lacking in depth and flavor. Vermacelli bowl had squishy overcooked noodles and didnāt have the shrimp as the āspecialā stated. I've had pho in many different places (Denver, Nebraska, Florida) and it's been a while since I've tasted broth this good. It's got depth, complexity, fragrance and fills you up with goodness. The only thing that would have made it better is some Thai basil. We had the chicken pho and special pho. Both small and totally just enough to fix our craving. Service was prompt and friendly.

Ā Ā Ā Read morePhenomenal Vietnamese style noodles and dishes right off of Webb road in Grand Island. I'm originally from Texas so I grew up with Pho around a lot, but if you are in the Tri-City areas or find yourself passing through Grand Island you have to stop here for stellar Pho.
The interior is very large and can accommodate large groups of customers, the portions are perfect not too little not way too much.
The amenities (restrooms, tables, etc.) are very kept and are clean. The staff is friendly and again THE FOOD.
AND LASTLY: the crab rangoons taste as if they are homemade.... need...
