Subway — Restaurant in Grand Island

When I first got there the lady was too busy wiping stuff down and the other lady was too busy mopping to help us. When we finally did get helped the lady behind the counter had to say goodbye to her friends she was hanging out with while working before starting our order. As the line got bigger the other lady just continued mopping and the one helping us was super slow and not even paying attention to what we said she asked to repeat ourselves multiple times. She then gave me one piece of roast beef on a six inch which is not the correct portion. I asked for extra lettuce and she gave me not even the regular amount. My boyfriend’s sandwich had sauce everywhere and was so sloppy he could barely eat it and mine was sloppy as well. I asked to speak to a manager but apparently one wasn’t working that night. I will be calling in the morning because this is not the first time I’ve gone in there and experienced horrible service before. My boyfriend’s photo for reference. Subways on Webb rd next to Sinclair Gas is a nice place to comme and grab a bite to eat. Looks clean, Smells clean, and employees not all but some need extra training. The young lady who made my sandwich was great, she had great customer service skills and made my sandwich without any issues. Then I got to the register and the young man must have been new or something and still needed training because he didn't have a clue where certain items for togo customers were and also told me he wasn't good at math so my change I received back was incorrect and I didn't have time to explain to counting to him because it seemed like he didn't that the change was off.
