If I could give 0 stars I would, worst customer service I have had in a long time. I had to repeat my order twice in the drive thru, order was the same both times. I get to the window, pay and get my food and drive off a little to check my order. The one item I had ordered 3 of I only got 2. No receipt in the bag so I pull around and go inside the store. I get inside the store to have a 5+ minute wait time to even get anybody to help me or even notice I am there. Finally I explained that I had clearly ordered three of an item twice and only received 2. The person goes to the back to check their screen to tell me that there was only 2 on their screen. Now instead of good customer service and making the situation right, they proceed to charge me for the missing one like I'm the one at fault and yet again I'm left standing there 5+ minutes for the item I should have had in the first place. Somebody would be better off ordering online or at the kiosk in the store so they dont have to worry about getting 0 customer service and at least you know your order would be right. This Taco Bell is by far a joke and needs better management or at least a full school of training on what a...
Read moreDon’t order a simple bean burrito without onion and extra sauce. You’ll get a bean and onion burrito with no sauce, or very little at the USUAL one end. Go back and wait in the drive thru. Get a new burrito and head out. Go to open it and the sauce is flowing out of the burrito like a river, you can see it through the wrapper. How do you eat this in a car? I walk they the drive they this time. Ask for the supervisor. Explained the situation. Her response you ask????? Well it has extra sauce. I know this one review doesn’t mean much. However I’ve been thru there many times and have had issues. Just didn’t post a review. The supervisors attitude is what led me to post. Do not flip your hand up and say a flippant comment to a customer. What we pay for food, pays your wages. I know Taco Bell isn’t fine dining, you should however get what you preferred without...
Read moreIf you work here and think it is okay to give your customers stale, rock hard chapulas. Maybe you should work at subway because they don't care if you get fresh soft bread. They like to use day old bread. When you get a stale chalupa makes you wonder if it was day old. All chalupas should be made to order if not busy and selling them fast. Paying 10 bucks for a meal and then you have to call the dentist because you broke a tooth on what was supposed to be a soft and chewy chalupa. I won't be back. I hope when people read this that they decide to go down the road and eat some place other than be disappointed because someone that works at this location...
