Images Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Grand Island

This is a horrible place to eat. The protion size that they offered was a joke. When asked how big the nachos were we were told they were enough to feed 2 people as my husband and I were going to share, when in fact they only fed 1. My son ordered the wings from the appitizer menu and when they came out they were dry and barely had any bbq sauce on them. He also ordered fries and they came out cold. His girlfriend ordered fetticine and she said the sauce was extremely greasy. We had a party of 10 and we waited OVER an hour and a half for our food. The other people in our party were also not impressed with their order. They over cooked the meat in the patty melt, and the french dip was also over cooked. I would not recommend anyone take the time to visit this resturant. I googled the prices to see how they compared to other places and it looked comparable. Once we got there the prices were $2-$3 more. For the wings my son ordered they were definitely NOT worth the $11 that they were. We will not be visiting this place again. It is way over priced for what we got and because nacho size was so little my husband...

I had the Swiss Philly (came with fries) and a lemonade. The food was a bit bland, but there was nothing WRONG with it, per se. Adding salt helped a little. Could've used a tad more grilled onions and peppers, though. Plenty of cheese, but it was pretty bland cheese.

The server was super sweet, although the number of times that both she and her boss came over to ask if we were still doing okay was a bit over the top.

With drink, my meal was only about $11 before tip, and it was (hopefully) healthier than fast food, so I'll take it as a win.

My dining associate felt much the same about his chicken-fried steak. Regretted his choice of brown gravy (instead of white) and that he got gravy on the hashbrowns, but wasn't sure how much difference it would've made in overall enjoyment.

Bartender was rude. Server was rude. Asked for service she replied your drinks were full and you were talking. I smiled at her a we tried to wave someone down, walked right past us. Never been to a restaurant that was the service was so bad. They open at 5 pm stop food service at 10 pm. Do not recommend for drinks or dinner. Thumbs down. When approached server and bartender, I was not happy mind you, poor response. Was told since I was "yelling" at her (it was loud) refused to serve us. I'm a nice person but when I pay $7.50 for 2 drinks I had to get at the bar from the rude bartender I would hope someone would stop by and say if you need something let me know. Place was busy but it's small. Bartender would yell at patrons to move, servers coming through. In an ideal bar/restaurant people wouldn't be in your way. Guess what they are. Get a bigger bar...
