This subterranean hideout is located next to the grand island tourism center, at the corner of 3rd and N. Locust. It is wheelchair accessible( both restrooms are accessible as well) via ramp opposite of the stairs. They do offer a dinner menu through a restaurant called the Chocolate Bar( when ordering ask about the desserts). The drink menu is packed with aromatic and high brow movie puns.
