We are just passing through the area and thank goodness because if this was my normal IHOP I would never eat there again. We placed an order online and it gave us a time if 7pm. When I got there at 7 I was told of would be a little bit. Ok, no big deal.. 35 min later im starting to get a little ticked off. We ordered 3 breakfast meals.. that's all. I don't understand why it takes that long but I waited despite the fact I had 2 kids and 2 dogs waiting in the car for me. When I got the food the lady that had just walked in threw everything in the bag spilling syrup all over the inside of the bag. I proceeded to check this order because now I have no faith it's correct and it wasn't!!! I ordered cupcake pancake meal and they had none of the topping for them which had I been told this I would have changed the order, my bacon was hardly cooked when asked for crispy. The next order was cheesecake pancake meal and again no toppings or anything for them. The last one was 4 strawberry banana pancakes and I got 3 regular pancakes. When I asked she threw her hands up at me and said we are out of stuff, this is what you get. So I asked if they have whipcream... well yes she replied so I asked can I get some of that. I got a small amount in a cup then I asked about the strawberry bananas so she grabbed a cup with strawberries and I asked about the bananas and I was insured they were in the bottom of the same cup. I believed her. Well they were not it was just strawberries. And to top it off I didn't get a receipt. I don't usually complain but I spent almost $40 on this meal for my family after driving all day and it was too say the least extremely...

The entire experience was awful! We came in around 12:30 and ordered a burger with fries and french toast combo ADD Strawberries/Bananas, (I asked how much the upcharge would be she didn't know but it took so long for her to take our order I was scared she would never return if she went to ask! ) I, hastily just said give it to me, assuming if there was it would cost approximately $3). 2 coffees and 1 Ice Tea. We weren't given sugar or lemons or silverware until we asked more than twice. The entire order sat under the warning lights far too long, fries were soggy and cold! I had to ask for butter and syrup and she didn't come back until long after my pancakes were cold. I was a server, bartender and manager for over 20 years and I will let a lot of things slide, but cold food, unavailable condiments for the drinks and a basic touch back on your table to make sure the food is edible? (That's just service... barely!)

Things happen, servers forget or have an off day and we were in at a weird time, so to speak, (too late for breakfast but almost too early for lunch) but who she dropped the check it was $45.60!!!

What in the actual F happened to make it so much? I was speechless when she dropped it and will never go back...

We placed a large online order that included strawberries and cream crepes. When we received the food and brought it home they forgot to add any cream filling to the crepe and just gave us an crepe cake shell.

I called in to inquire if anything was supposed to be inside of the strawberries and cream crepes and was informed that it was supposed to have cream in it. I told them that we didn't receive the correct order and requested a partial refund since I live 15-20 minutes from the location. The woman over the phone got silent, said to her coworker "what do I do" and then she hung up on me.

I called back in to inform that I was disconnected from the call and stated that I was discussing that I received the wrong food for my order. The same girl responded with "okay, and?" I asked her again if we could receive a partial refund to compensate for receiving the wrong food and she told me that "there was nothing they could do for me" unless I came in to the store which would have had me on the road for half an hour to get a cup of crepe filling.

This is deplorable service and borderline theft for giving out the wrong orders and telling people to...

A IHOP just like the other one. We are there 2 times. First day was perfect. Waitress was on point and our order right. The food cake out fast. 2nd day was a complete puzzle. The experience was horrible. The waitress (Jessica A. , got name from receipt )didn't bother greeting us, came straight with asking what drink we wanted. Cold start. Then we proceed to place order, I ordered same as yesterday, but she claims they don't have a menu item at that location which we had the day before. Tell her about it and she says she'll put it on. Everything went downhill from there. She was very short and condescending. In contrast, the other 2 tables she was waiting on had great service from her. Now my food comes out and it's not what I ordered and she doubled down that item isn't available so I would have to settle for what she brought me. I didn't bother eating it. Still paid and left. I'll take this as a one off experience. It still a good location otherwise based on the previous day experience.

I ordered some food to go at the Grand Junction, Colorado IHOP. I was sent burnt chicken, and yes, it tasted burnt too. I ordered “sharp Mac & cheese” as a side and received regular, boring Kraft Mac & cheese that you get from the box. I ordered cinnamon pancakes. Pancakes were not prepared like they appeared in photos. Instead, I received regular pancakes with a small container each (1-2 oz) of cinnamon spread and white glaze - not enough for the 4 pancakes I ordered. Price was expensive for the quality and quantity of food I received. I was very disappointed.

Don’t say you weren’t warned. We came here despite the bad reviews because we have gone to other iHops that have been really good. This one however, was disappointing. We barely got any hash browns with our meals, my egg Benedict’s were super dry and couldn’t even taste the “poblano sauce” in them. We spent $80+ on three people and it’s a rip off. Will not be coming back here. They charged $7 for two very small and unimpressive pancakes. The server was ok. Felt very rushed by her though.
